Idiots take. Actually works your chest more than overrated benchpress. But not alot of weight but that is good because you know it’s isolating the chest more.
pushups give me a better pump than these do. I think this is one of those exercises you're supposed to do at the end of a workout to try and flood blood into the muscle
I do inclines on my shoulder/upper chest/tri day. 22kg, but honestly I think cable's are more effective. I do them on my main chest day though, so like to switch it up a bit.
the best way to this is lying down with cables. Better than dumbbels, better than peck deck, better than flys.
Problem is most people don't own a cable crossover machine, when they own a cable machine it's usually a functional trainer, or a cable crossover machine not wide enough, which is too small to do both sides at the same time.
One solution is to do one side at a time if you don't have the full equipment. It works, and it is great.
Try it if you can.
Another great exercise for chest is the laying cable pullover, you can really feel your chest with this. Dumbbell pullover barely works yout chest, it works most your back.
With cables you can to the full moviment (or only the part where you feel your chest)
useless exercise
Eh, it's the only exercise that I can feel chest on.

I rarely do them, but maybe 20 or 25 for 10-12?
17kg
Use cables or the pec dick machine.
Cables are shit and pointless
Post body
>Cables are shit and pointless
it is sorta useless OP, just use a cable machine or a pec deck like other anon said. These will fuck your shoulder joints btw.
40s are my comfort zone, I could theoretically do more but arms and other muscles start to get too involved
15kg. I have done them up to 20kg, but It hurt my bis.
35lb for 12 reps inclined.
I would do cables but homegym
I do pec deck machine, but I used to do 30lbs comfortably and going deep into the stretch for a 3x10.
are you trying to grow tits or something? why would anyone do this?
pushups give me a better pump than these do. I think this is one of those exercises you're supposed to do at the end of a workout to try and flood blood into the muscle
When you’re exhausted, it kind of forces you to use your chest instead of using your triceps as a crutch. But even then, chest flys just feel better.
45 but I do them on the floor so maybe it's cheating
no it's not cheating you fucking retard. the floor just prevents you from injuring yourself. now go inject more tren gay
calm down
not on tren moron flyes are just kinda easy for me despite only benching 84kg. I curl 50-60 lb dbs though so I might be using my biceps too much
>That pic
Time to Go Fullkit wanker , heh
I'll use 15kg bumper plates because i don't own dumbbells, makes it a bit weird but meh.
7kg
With straight arms, 15lbs.
54g on each but it took me about 8 years to get there!
I don't do them, I only do Pec Deck. Pec Deck only works if you can keep your arms straight at the top, get so much extra value out of it.
70lb each hand. Anymore than that and i cant hit 10 reps
I do inclines on my shoulder/upper chest/tri day. 22kg, but honestly I think cable's are more effective. I do them on my main chest day though, so like to switch it up a bit.
>mogs your dumbbell fly
people who use pec deck over this are low iq. focus on form and the stretch is infinitely better. by far what made my chest grow the most
ehh I get a better stretch with these, but I get a better contraction at the top(closed) with a pec deck.
2x15kg
Not an ideal chest exercise, but good for a homegym
>fucks your rotator cuff and gives you shoulder impingement
heh nothing personnel kid
55 x 12 pretty easily
35lbs x 10 reps, but it took a long time to get there. They're muscles you don't use much in everyday life so your base is probably very low.
i do them to get a good stretch at the end of chest workout. they pull nicely at the part between peck and shoulder and they give me doms
30kg x 8 incline. I do this, couple of cables then finish on the fly machine. Pump from flies are insane
I think highest I got to was 60 lb dumbbells so like 120lbs? For reps probably 100 lbs.
