creatine is one of the most studied and reputable supplements that exists. it is one of the few supplements that everyone should take if they're exercising. is creatine going to be the reason you get big/strong? no, it's not magic.

it's literally the only supplement that works.

Define "works" because I'd put caffeine and citrulline in the same category as creatine.

"Works" as in it will directly help you put on mass. Caffeine and citrulline will not do this directly, though they may impact performance positively for some people which can indiretcly help you put on mass. But you could say the same of a good night's rest, so idk about grouping them together.

A 20$ bag lasts you 100 days, so the cost is a joke

You can get a better deal if instead of paying $20 you pay 6 mana and instead of creatine you get a 6/7

God Agatha was beautiful. Leaked socials show she got this ugly dyke cut. It sucks. She's still beautiful though.

Agatha could be more beautiful if instead of trying to be beautiful she wanted to be 6/7 and instead of spending money on her appearence she just spent 6 mana

        >hands you a ticket to the beach, one way, free of charge
        Have some fun lil man

Sounds like fun but instead of going to the beach to get sand I'd rather spend 6 mana to get a 6/7

Creatine is produced from the dehydrated and ground foam of the beach, which in turn comes from the sperm of whales that are shaken like a milkshake by the waves of the sea.

I used the big c for over 3 years. Then It started to affect my sleep cycle.
I don't see the muscle difference, in fact I am much more buffed than using c. But, it was helping a lot during my work outs, I was not getting tired easily.

Anyway this is my own xp, grain of salt thing. Try and see for yourself

I think a rule of thumb is you get an extra rep out of a set on average. Which is great. But you’ll go bald if you’re prone to balding already

My usual rule of thumb is that 6 mana is a good deal for a 6/7

It works, but only while you're on it. My lifts shot up heaps while I was on it, then I got complacent and forgot to take it regularly enough and got a brutal dose of reality when all the advantage it gave me disappeared. Very depressing.
I don't bother with it anymore. It basically feels like turning gravity down 10%, like sure that means I can lift 10% more but so what? I might go back to it for recovery purposes as I get older though.

You'd probably be less depressed if instead of spending time lifting you spent 6 mana on a 6/7 ogre
