Manlet squats
such a pathetic cope lol. tall people can squat too, you're just inflexible an unathletic
will squatting give me massive rhomboids like this fellow?
They'll definitely help, as long as they're high bar
That's the lower traps. He built that by pressing overhead a ton.
Around 150kg.
Max all time was in 2022. 1 rep 600 lbs. full depth. Probably max around 500 or less right now.
Are we talking max weight for a single squat or for 6-8 reps with decent form?
I feel my knees are gonna blow out if I do heavy squats, so I only do low weight with good technique. I'm just getting older bros, it can't helped.
Struggling at 65kg for 3x5 lmao. Used to be able to do 90kg. Working back up
how the fuck is it possible for a man to be incapable of squatting 300lbs
I weighed 135 in 9th grade and my 1 rep was 300 something

Not all kids were fat like you tubby
squatting 300lbs at 14 means you are the obese one
I reached 140kg 5x5 before I dropped barbell squats from my program. It's probably come down a bit from that.
100kg and could do maybe 105. Full ROM, slow eccentric
140kg. Will hopefully get the 150kg next week.
1rm 200 kg 2 years ago. Right now might be about 170-180 kg.
I do sets with 155-120 kg.
190kg 8 reps
Switched to hack squat and do 250kg 8 reps
>the average squat was like 125kg.
funnily enough that is my recently achieved max!!
Ye like 130kg for 3-5 same as I did like 5 years ago. Or I was at 150kg back around then.
Old PR was 150KG, most recent AMRAP was 122.5 for 8 with one or two left in the tank.
>amrap
>one or two left in the tank
Here the squats from my last leg workouts with weight and total reps. The upper ones are back squats and then from the box with the purple triangle onwards I've started doing zercher squats again.
there is no way the average is 125kg. Probably more like 80kg
545
I weigh 138 pounds and did 235 pounds for a single yesterday.
I squat 90kg, but I weight 67kg.
I'm a man.
Current 1RM is 175kg. Going for that 2x bw squat, weighing around 90kg
do do 3 reps of 170 kg i haven tried maxing out
355lbs(161kg) low bar squat
165kg highbar 2 weeks ago. I can probably push 183kg since it went up smooth.
i reached 3pl8 for 4 reps about 2-3 years ago, so i would say 125kg is about right for 1-5 reps these days.
my PR from before 2 weeks is 125kg for 4 reps
