When I first started getting Greek yogurt I didn’t know the difference between the real stuff and the ultra sugar flavored “Greek yogurt”. I was horrified when I actually peeled at the nutrition facts and discovered each serving was basically as sugary as a can of soda.
Real Greek yogurt tastes better anyway. I really like the acidic tartness of it.
i used to only eat half a container everyday too but i eat a whole container now because im a little autistic so i like to eat the same food everyday so it just fits my schedule / routine / macros easier
easily 3. If I'm slackin than 1.5 or 2 a week.
Plus, I add a scoop of whey protein to mine for super protein meal. Only certain kinds mix well tho. Still experimenting.

Two litres of yogurt per day. I make it myself though, in 14 litre batches once a week.
soo uhh, how do you do it? a 750g container of 0% greek here is $7
Grocery Outlet aka Rainbow $2.50 a tub sometimes less for a 1.5 or 2 pound tub
where do you live? i live in Canada and shop at Costco, pack of 3 x 650g containers are $11 here.
Banff national park.. closest Costco is 2.5 hours
Ahhh that makes sense I'm over in west coast BC near the ocean. There's still been a lot of fuckin' inflation on food over the last ~2 years.
Get one of these bro but only use 1/5th of the mix per batch with 1.5 cups of powdered milk
> no sugar added
wtf who adds sugar to greek yoghurt?
Literally all flavoured yogurts like vanilla flavour have added sugar. This one is called “liberty Greek extra creamy vanilla yogurt”
I don't understand how anyone can buy the flavored shit. Plain tastes great already but you can literally just add some honey and it's like dessert
>who
globalhomo of course you homo

Zero because I'm fasting, but I used to always keep one in the fridge.
any special reason to eat Greek yogurt?
I view a half a container a serving and can easily go through one every two days. Where are my Costco chads at?
1 tub a day
I add a third to my shakes which I drink twice per day so a total of 4.666 per week.
Eat proper yoghurt. 10% fat
nagger thats not only gross, but macro and calorically inefficient
Stay small
i get to eat more food because i'm not wasting calories eating 10% fat yogurt you cum guzzling homosexual
Get angry because of shifty hormone balance because of too little fat intakr
.02
>0% fat
Imagine letting the goyslop industry strip milk of one of its best components completely. That shit is also processed garbage, by the way.

based cooking substrate
> salad dressing

literally too easy to cut
Yea, I substitute greek yogurt for sour cream and sometimes even add 1/2 to meals that ask for cream/milk.
