4 eggs a day keep the spermies away
This. For brekky I eat 4 eggs and drink 1 cup of Kefir with 2 tbsp of honey. ~510 cals total. Usually eat some Medjool dates later as a snack which bumps my mornin calories up to ~810 total.
i havent eat eggs in months. should i add them back in?
i was using them to make chinese fried rice. which is so crazy. when you start making chinese food and other asian foods at home. really easy shit to cook. the secret is oyster sauce or fish sauce. don't tell anybody that last part tho
> havent eat eggs in months
Tell me how I know you are dyel
I eat atleast 8 whole eggs per day
Should i add them back in you think? I could go back to making fried rice post workout
like 3-6. I am a fatass on a large cut though. I'd probably eat a minimum of 6 a day when I go back to maintenance.
half of egg protein is used by the body while only 10% of whey protein is used
Wut?
retard
I've begun to eat 2lb of steak and 8 eggs a day, split between 1-2 meals. Feels good man.
No.
At least a dozen.
>Health minister
>Fat as shit
I kek every time
Good morning fellow ketosister!
why have you never ever posted body?
4 dozen eggs
4-8 depending on how lazy i am
You get more protein from cooked eggs than raw eggs
What I've read is that the protein is less important than the cholesterol intake for testosterone production. Eating a fuckload of raw eggs give you protein and also some nutty testosterone boost like TRT.
how does cooking affect the cholesterol levels?
The cholesterol in the yolks can be oxidized by cooking. Some cooking methods are better than others. Flash boiling a.k.a. half-boiling was popular with old school bodybuilders. This method sets the white, increasing the bioavailability of the protein, while leaving the yolk runny and cholesterol intact. I personally think this method and over easy are delicious. If I'm short on time, nothing beats the convenience of slonking 6 eggs raw.
thanks for the tip anon. I like to leave the yolk completely raw and cook the white like picrel, and eat it on top of steak. Will try flash boiling in my instant pot to see results
>and eat it on top of steak
You've ascended and left basic humanity left behind I see.
it's how mum used to make it. she also fed me a lot of salmon when I was a toddler. I thank her for my brain gainz and never serving frozen shit and always a good load of meat
HWD AF
>slonking 6 eggs raw
Bioavailability goes down by literally half with raw eggs though. I prefer to soft boil a larger batch if I don't want to do it every day.
yeah the point was that you eat eggs to get the test boost from cholesterol not the protein
besides it's really easy to get enough protein I eat 1500 kcal a day and I'm always over 150g
>Bioavailability goes down by literally half with raw eggs
ONLY for the protein. Cooking eggs brings down the bioavailability of every other nutrient significantly and it oxidizes the cholesterol in the yolk.
>Cooking eggs brings down the bioavailability of every other nutrient significantly
Source: I made it up
>Egg whites contain high levels of avidin, a protein that binds biotin strongly. When cooked, avidin is partially denatured and binding to biotin is reduced.
>Cooking eggs brings down the bioavailability of every other nutrient significantly
Stop mindlessly repeating shit you read on IST. This is not true.
I have four a fay, but honestly I've been thinking of upping it to eight, four for lunch, four for supper, because it'd be cheaper than buying meats at this point which I usually have for supper. Any anons here having mega-egg diets?
Doesn't raw eggs give you salmonella though?
thats a surface bacteria on the shells
inside too bro, before the egg shell is formed
No, and salmonella is pussy bitch shit anyway, if you have a functional immune system it'll barely even bother you if you do get it.
You have to eat thousands upon thousand upon thousands of eggs within a very short period of time to have a quantifiably measurable risk of salmonella
Why would you refuse a free vaccine made by God?
i usually do 4 whole eggs and then .5-.75 cups of egg whites
As many as I can
Boil in water, but make a good sauce to go with
Because I do a meme diet that doesn't work, but I'm so invested that I'll never do your stupid seed oil diet. (I'm 445lbs)
24 per day, every day, and have for years
>just got done deadlifting 500 pounds
how do you eat them? raw?
scrambled with a small amount of olive oil, eat 12 of them in a sitting which is about two hours, twice per day
id eat 2 eggs a day until my blood pressure got way up. scared the shit out of me so fuck it i only eat it once a week
3-4 eggs a day, if you need more add more.
5, wish I could eat more but they fuck with my gums, probably because of the PUFA content
>according to old school bodybuilders
You mean according to Vince Gironda, who was using the testosterone values from fertilized eggs to make this calculation? Good luck eating 36 fertilized chicken eggs a day let alone finding them.
>he doesnt have a backyard egg farm with a rooster
ngmi anon
9 eggs a day
63 eggs an week
252 eggs an month
3024 eggs an year
>not even a dozen per day
absolutely pathetic
Sorry gymfather, ill start eating two cartons
Should i make boiled eggs and put it in tuna salad for sandwichs and post workout?
Tuna has mercury
Every fish has fucking mercury in it, skipjack tuna has the lowest as far as I recall.
only eat 4 a day for breakfast but then have porridge again with protein powder
