There's a high concentration of sulfide-containing amino acids in egg whites. Your gylut bacteria turns some of that into H2S, a gas that smells like rotten eggs.

It's the raw eggs that can do that to your guts. They become more bioavailable when you cook the whites, but becomes more of a chore to eat 36 cooked instead of drinking them raw.

One or less. I make eggdrop soup a lot to go with smaller meals or fry an egg to put on rice. Go through an 18 pack of eggs about once a month. I'd probably eat more but I don't have a dishwasher.

I used to go for cheap bulk food from Walmart (ground beef other red meat eggs ect) but it's really not worth it. You can taste and feel the difference eating fresh food.
Take one piece of high quality whole wheat bread and toast it, take half an avocado and mash it up with salt and pepper. Spread avocado on piece of toast, take one egg and fry it with 1 tsp of avocado oil and salt and pepper the egg. Melt one slice of high quality orange American cheese on egg, put egg and cheese on avocado toast. This is my egg breakfast, it is extremely powerful for its size.
