I ate 1500 for the the past 2 weeks and didn't lose weight
You're either lying to yourself or there's a lot of ghost calories (oil, etc) in what you're eating. What do you usually eat in a typical day?
I eat the exact same thing everyday
Breakfast
Oats (50g)
Scoop of whey
Protein+ milk
Lunch
3 servings of fruit (banana, apple, mandarin, pear, kiwifruit)
200g Greek Yoghurt
Dinner
Chicken
Carrots
Broccoli
Plus a protein shake before bed
Stop eating either or lunch or breakfast. You don’t need to eat three times a day.

you're possibly eating too much sugar. Supress the fruit and see what happens.

That's barely a pound even if you counted right. The body fluctuates by 1-3 lbs every day based on the food you eat and what is still in your gut
Then how do people who do intuitive eating do it? I thought they weighed themselves every day and adjusted based on that
