don't listen to this anon again. your lifts will be where they will be. follow a routine that has a progression in it. eat the correct amounts of food. and then see where you end up. targeting specific weights in specific time frames is stupid because there is no universal rule where you will end up. you leverages for one lift could be so good that you overshoot the target and for others so bad you never reach it.
i had a way worse start point than you and i also had about 4-5 hours sleep every night, and i also dont pay attention to my diet at all i just eat what i want and this is what i got in ~10 months
not great, but it shows that lifting is easy and you'll be fine
