About a year of consistent strength training. I was around 75kg and had no real athletic experience, but was reasonably active. So no athletic base, but not sedentary fat/skelly either.
try harder and follow a set progression scheme, like maybe 185 for 3 sets of 5, then add weight. If you are just loading up 2 plates every time and hitting 3 then you're gonna get stuck
Besides squatting 2 days a week, are RDLs for higher reps a good movement for pull days to help with squat numbers if you don't want to do the conventional deadlift?
it works the other way around. squatting (lowbar specifically) improves your deadlift, but the inverse isn't true due to the lack of ROM in the deadlift when compared to the squat. imo the best lift to improve your squat is the squat.
bout 1 year
dunno like 5-6 months when I started ss and bulked my ass off (went from 58kg to 88kg bw lol)
If my progress doesn't slow down about 3.5 months
about a year, though I did play hockey and football as a kid. also did alot of cycling

unironically do SL 5x5 or starting strength and 1/2 GOMAD of local milk while eating as much real food (no slop) as you can
0 days.
One month from 2pl8 one rep max into 350 for reps
6'8 250lbs
lifted for 4 years, never got past 2.5 plate
I don’t even know what is realistic anymore, everyone on here seems to squat like 4-5 plates for reps and OHP my bench max for 15 reps :/
Less than two months. In the 7 years after that I've only added 20 or 30kg to my squat.
that's a dude
She was literally trolling dude
Roughly 9 months
a year of fucking around to hit 2g8 and then like 2 months when i started seriously programming
I've never seen this pic before and recognised the tranny from the small image in the catalogue from the corner of my eye. Horrifying
