No problem, I always rec that if you are a beginner you should look into 3 day full body workout routines, I composed this after I came close to hitting intermediate numbers for reps. Find what works for you with your goals set in mind and you'll see that making your own routine can be quite easy, always enjoy the lifts you incorporate. Hope that helps

Most probably yes. In my opinion a 3 day full body routine is the best way to go about it as a dyel, it's how I started as well (though I only had dumbbells at first). Find a good hypertrophy focused 3 day full body routine and stick to it until you hit 1/2/3/4, that's when I switched to my current routine. Don't worry too much about your strength progression if that's not your primary focus, you'll get there eventually and once you do you can focus more on volume training and isolations. I'm sure Natural Hypertrophy has a routine like that. Godspeed and don't be disheartened

Rest is king, it literally sets the bar as to how much training you can do and get away with. >Everything should revolve around your training
But thats where you are wrong, your limiting factor will be your rest amount and quality. So everything will revolve around rest.
Training is just how much potential you take advantage of.
But a person who gets plenty of rest regularly will make steady gains and have better health.
Consider another made up example.
It takes person A 3 days to recover from training and it takes person B 2 days to recover.
Now because person B was rest maxing, they can go and train again at full capability and make more gains over time.
While person A can, train at a 2 day interval, but they haven't recovered enough and can accumulate tissue damage over time if they chronically don't get to recover. You can see this most in tendons and bones, since those take a longer while to breakdown and recover, compared to muscles.
Then you take into account how sleep affects hormones, bodyfat distribution and so on, and a person getting consistently enough rest is going in good health.
I see your point. Maybe it's my monkey brain that prioritises training (with proper rest being a given) but I'd still choose consistent training even on days where I'll get subpar rest.

For maximum gains you'd want to recover as much as possible between each training session. But the body can, to some capacity deal with accumulated damage and repair it just the same. The key here is that the rest must still come to compensate.
Anyway, I have an incredibly low injury rate despite training harder than most people would feel comfortable.
But again the key difference is that your rest, sets your potential and your training is how much of that potential you use up.
If you consistently workout through out the year, then sometimes, it really is smarter and better to do less training, to go less intense, to take some more rest.
Your body for the most part, doesn't have big peaks of regenerative power, it does things slowly and consistently.
While your training can have massive peaks of strain that can do enough damage for your body to take multiple days to recover, sometimes even more when it comes to things like bones and tendons.
Another way to look at it is like "you can't outrun a shit died"
As in you can eat far more and faster than any kind of exercise you can do consistently day in and day out. Energy burn, for the most part is a "stable" thing, that you can maybe double, triple per day, though probably not every day.
But food? You can easily quadruple the input.
Same thing with exercise and rest. Rest is a stable process that can be bit more or less efficient, but your training can peak and do massive damage in a single day that can take more than a week to recover.
Just pay attention to how many people get temporary injuries that put them out of training action, that get life long injuries.
There is a reason I can do dangerous exercise without injuries.

Most probably yes. In my opinion a 3 day full body routine is the best way to go about it as a dyel, it's how I started as well (though I only had dumbbells at first). Find a good hypertrophy focused 3 day full body routine and stick to it until you hit 1/2/3/4, that's when I switched to my current routine. Don't worry too much about your strength progression if that's not your primary focus, you'll get there eventually and once you do you can focus more on volume training and isolations. I'm sure Natural Hypertrophy has a routine like that. Godspeed and don't be disheartened

I'm no expert since getting out of skinnyfat was accidental but I just limited my portions with a focus on protein. Maybe try a slow, protein heavy, cut since maingaining isn't enough for you.

Cause it's an autistic detail that people get wrong.
Rest is king, it literally sets the bar as to how much training you can do and get away with.

But thats where you are wrong, your limiting factor will be your rest amount and quality. So everything will revolve around rest.
Training is just how much potential you take advantage of.
But a person who gets plenty of rest regularly will make steady gains and have better health.
Consider another made up example.
It takes person A 3 days to recover from training and it takes person B 2 days to recover.
Now because person B was rest maxing, they can go and train again at full capability and make more gains over time.
While person A can, train at a 2 day interval, but they haven't recovered enough and can accumulate tissue damage over time if they chronically don't get to recover. You can see this most in tendons and bones, since those take a longer while to breakdown and recover, compared to muscles.
Then you take into account how sleep affects hormones, bodyfat distribution and so on, and a person getting consistently enough rest is going in good health.

For maximum gains you'd want to recover as much as possible between each training session. But the body can, to some capacity deal with accumulated damage and repair it just the same. The key here is that the rest must still come to compensate.
Anyway, I have an incredibly low injury rate despite training harder than most people would feel comfortable.
But again the key difference is that your rest, sets your potential and your training is how much of that potential you use up.
If you consistently workout through out the year, then sometimes, it really is smarter and better to do less training, to go less intense, to take some more rest.
Your body for the most part, doesn't have big peaks of regenerative power, it does things slowly and consistently.
While your training can have massive peaks of strain that can do enough damage for your body to take multiple days to recover, sometimes even more when it comes to things like bones and tendons.
Another way to look at it is like "you can't outrun a shit died"
As in you can eat far more and faster than any kind of exercise you can do consistently day in and day out. Energy burn, for the most part is a "stable" thing, that you can maybe double, triple per day, though probably not every day.
But food? You can easily quadruple the input.
Same thing with exercise and rest. Rest is a stable process that can be bit more or less efficient, but your training can peak and do massive damage in a single day that can take more than a week to recover.
Just pay attention to how many people get temporary injuries that put them out of training action, that get life long injuries.
There is a reason I can do dangerous exercise without injuries.
