Been lifting for 7 years , never missing a day, doing everything properly, still just ottermode at best and unimpressive at worst.
Love lifting too so i'll forever lift with genetics that do not want to get big

This pose is shitty but i can still tell you have a nice chest.
post a better photo to evaluate the rest of your body demoralizer.
Diff pose, not much more to see since i dont have legs got them lopped off to save protein
you reached your natural genetic max if you didnt see any real progress in the last year. Thats fine and you look good, but you know that you can go past it
I saw some progress last year yes, really hope this isnt my genetic limit cause this aint it
Obviously natural, havent even tried creatine or protein yet so virign natural
You literally made it
Go fuck women now, this is the body that works best
Damn, I must have top tier genetics then. I’ve only been training for 2 years and I look similar but my arms are really vascular
post body
Theres no shot youre only 2 years in, that or youre not natty
Beautiful HRT tits. Please be my gf.
Why does he look like this while other untrained fat men look nicer ( proportionally round and tubby)?
Critically low T. Built for BBC genes, basically.
This is normal. 2 years of religious lifting will get you close to this. The next 5 years will be diminishing returns.
You look great tho, I would definitely suck on your pecs in a non-homossexual way, also I would let you sit on my face just to smell your crack to see if you have good hygiene, also in a non gay way
What is:
1. Your diet?
2. Your exercises?
3. Your reps and sets?
4. Do you go to failure/near failure?
Enough protein and then however many calories i need to either bulk or cut.
Compounds + accesories im not gonna name every exercise
Usually do 4 sets of 8-15 depending on the exercise, 8 on something like bench press and 15 on stuff like cable flies
Always go to failure on at least the last exercise of the day for a muscle
Are you increasing weights
Not rn im on a cut, but yes last year my bench went from around 100kg to 130kg
130kg bench is my max ever, right now i probably cant hit that thought because i cut like 6-7kg already. Squat and DL no idea what they are since i had pain in my glute that didnt let me do those for the whole year
yep looks about right, you are an average person at your max. what were you expecting?
thats what a normal person looks like when they lift. stop watching zoomer fitness tubers
Why are you asking this like its a "gotcha" moment? OP looks absolutely how 99,999999% of natural lifters will look after 7 years. Understand that the difference between 2 years and 7 years is almost zero. It's in singular percentages. You don't keep growing forever.
You are big you fucking retard
you guys aim low as shit
Post body.
I dont think i look extremely bad, just not getting the results i feel i should based on 7 years of lifting religiously. Thanks for the positivity though
my friend you have body dysmorphia
You look great. But if your results are not to your liking, you aren’t “doing everything properly”. Training every day might not be ideal. Your muscles need rest to grow. You could put on significant size by eating more and potentially training less frequently at a higher intensity, but individual variation is huge. Just experiment more
Better body than 99% of the world. You're good bro
99% of the world looks like shit
Cut about 5% bodyfat and you'll be sweet
What % do you think Im at right now? I think around 12%
Try bulking until you hit 20% bodyfat
I'd say your probably about 15% by eyeballing it.
You look fairly lean but if you're complaining about how you look at this point size really isn't the issue. Even if you're at 15% - a 3% cut would make a huge diff
Damn 15% sounds fat af, i thought i was leaner
It's one photo to be fair
And bodyfat is like that (for me anyway) I judge where I think I am then add a couple of %
Anything below 20% isn't fat
what are your lifts
Im curious about your ohp/bench/squat/deadlift PRs. Have you reached 2/3/4/5
No 2 plate OHP just 1 plate and some change
130kg bench max
No squatting or deadlifting for a long time but nowhere close to 4 and 5 plates, i dont train for powerlifting nor want big/strong legs
>130kg bench max
I mean that's a good bench but after 7 years?
I dont train for strength, plus im a smaller guy (weigh 78kg), so a 130kg bench is plenty for me, but hey if you think thats still low welcome to the thread im complaining im not getting the results i should after 7 years of hard training
idk, sounds like you need to try bulking then. obviously watch yourself and don't become a fatass but you're lean right now so you have some room to grow
I just finished my bulk since im a southern hemisphere feller, went up to 85kg fat af, now cutting down since the summer is coming soon for us, but yes i will bulk again next year.
Bulking and cutting is non negotiable
If you want bigger muscles you have to lift heavier weights
Good thing im lifting heavier weights, just not prioritizing strength over size since it isnt my goal.
What does that mean
It means im not gonna prioritize strength, i'll get stronger as i do bodybuilding type workouts
but how are you progressively overloading then?
Do you think the only way to progress in weight is to do powerlifting routines?
no, but the most common way is to increase the weight you're lifting each session
Yea i do that when im bulking, but inside a program that prioritizes size not strength, hence why im not at a 4 plate bench at 78kg like some fitizens seem to think i should be
>he fell for the more strength doesn't equal bigger muscles meme
oh nononono
Yea if you're training specifically for strength you can get way stronger than you look. I want to be big not strong
What part of I do that did you not understand?
What are you even talking about, dimwit
You have to keep increasing the weight
nigga what? you're supposed to be increasing the weight regardless unless you're cutting. otherwise of course you're not going to see muscle building progress
>but inside a program that prioritizes size not strength,
wtf does this even mean? you're still supposed to train for strength in your compound lifts even when doing a bodybuilding routine you just add accessories too.
Your reading comprehension is so bad holy shit.
I said i increase the weight when im bulking, and I said i only bulk or cut, dont mantain, so obviously the only moment where I dont increase the weight is when cutting.
If you dont know that different programs do different things then stop commenting on posts and lurk for a while to learn. Im saying my program prioritizes for size not strength, since im not doing a powerlifting program like a 5/3/1 or the cube method, Im doing a bodybuilding style routine , and yes, for the 50th time Im adding weight to all the exercises, just not making it my ONLY FOCUS
bro after 7 years and ending up with a 130kg max bench maybe you should make it your focus
I've never seen anyone bench over that in real life. Your standards are insanely skewed if you think 10kg shy of 3 plates is a low bench press
it's not a low bench press especially relative to the average but that being your max bench after 7 years is not indicative of progressive overload
I started at 14 years of age, benching just the bar, now im 21 and benched 130kg, how is that not progressive overload?
oh what the fuck nevermind most of your lifting has been as a teenager. you're not even done developing of course you haven't hit your genetic limit
Lets go hopium
nigga it's not even hopium. over half of your lifting career has been when you were still going through fucking puberty. we all thought this has been 7 years of adult lifting
yeah, OP you are a retard and you should have told us this crucial piece of info.
you never mentione you started at 14, probably fucking around for 3 or 4 years
Well now you know. How many adult years are my 14 to 21 lifting years worth?
who knows? Everybody develops different in puberty. Just keep lifting. Your stats and body are incredible for a 21 year old. stop your dumb doomer posts
Thanks for the kind words, i'll keep lifting thats not up for debate, was just feeling doomer about my progress, still am to an extent but probably feeling a bit better after the feedback
Will do
stfu homosexual and keep lifting
yeah, 2/3/4/5 is the natural limmit for most
Youre going to shrink homosexual
Just increase the weights and eat more
If a program isnt making you progress in a way that you want, then try another for a while. Try push pull leg and only increase the weight everytime you can, do slower cuts where you dont decrease the weight
Dude i have been going to a gym for a year and a month now. Im gonna try for 130kg bench tomorrow.(i hit 120kg 2 months ago) Im 22 and 82kg 180cm
hop on creatine and start bulking. make sure you get 1.5g of protein per kg of bw
Good for you, you must be a monster, may you post body?
sure but this is from august. and yes im natty
Props to u what was ur starting bench?
about 60x10 in october 2022 when i started i think. I know for sure that on jan 1st i got to 70x10.
rn my other lifts arent nearly as impressive, maybe i just got really good chest genetics
There is no way you're starting 60x10 untrained, what kind of sport did you do before lifting?
Well I am beginner and I have the same height and weight with a higher percentage of body fat of course. Even my bench is similar to your starting bench (65×8 3 sets). What is your routine and diet?
This is the point when you realize how many people are on roids. You look great don't listen to the fools. Now if you are on gear and still look like that then there's a problem.
>doing everything properly
>natty
>meme routines and diets
>not 3x10 bro split with low fat high carb diet
Nope you didn't do everything properly.
You look fine stupid. You realize, that the physique you have puts you in the top 5 percentile of men your age maybe even less. The photo you took is terrible, the pose is terrible, the lighting is terrible, maybe next time use some oil to see more definitions while taking a pic. Also .your shoulders are lagging tbh. They look great but they should be bigger , considering the rest of your body. Just spam some side delts lateral raises for a month or two. Train your abs more, heavy weights on a machine ,none of that situps bullshit. And you will look like a specimen
Thanks, will work on the shoulders
Nah im hugless kissless virgin but thats not cause of the body
You are doing something wrong, you should look like this after 9 months.
its bcs you are natty, shut up and pin test now
You'r looking great. You have size or you don't - some people are born big.
Most big guys take steroids though.
Why do people think they can get massive natty? Your only choice is to be either lean and shredded or fat and big if you want to look like a body builder you have to roid
Just take steroids if you're so much concerned
He's already taking them, boobs and big, smooth muscles are a dead giveaway.
OP here, i imagine this is just a troll but if not, no im not on steroids im way too small for that, havent even tried creatine yet
Not eating enough. Do a proper bulk, and then do a proper cut after
you came to a wrong place to ask a honest question
most people have close to no experience in lifting and act like experts because they've been watching youtube ecelebs for a couple months and think newbie gains continue forever
then you have toxic fatsos who can't move quite a lot of weight because they're fatasses and they're always ready to call you weak
there are some roiders who got even more insecure after roiding and want to put everyone down
anyway you look good, can't take a good photo though and it's normal that after a couple of years of lifting as a natty getting any gains at all is a drag, this is where you should begin experimenting with your routine and start developing as an athlete
You must outlift your genetics. You have to become more consistent than just consistent.
pic is you?
that's no otter mode at all.
you're peak natty.
are you humble bragging?
