I’m 26 with no education beyond a high school degree and I haven’t worked in over 8 years
Zoomers can do a lot of things better than me
I don’t really care
It's never too late to learn a new skill. Look into trade schools for hands-on work or IT certifications (if you're into tech). You at least have a HS diploma, which is the bare minimum employers look for. As far as jobs with no experience, seasonal retail and UPS/Fedex/Amzazon are easy hires. Don't waste your life away in front of a screen, Anon. I believe in you.
This. You're lifting, but not really. The calculations and rules of thumb we've developed work best closer to 100% intensity and completely fall apart around 50% which is about the most a lot of unathletic individuals can put out.
that kid will die if he tried to bench 340. i bet you have similar delusion about yourself. >well i do 100lb dbs for 7 half reps so by my calculations i can rep a 3 plate bench
NO
only retards (usually black retards) do 1rm with dumbbells. usually a half rep too. even the westsidebarbell autists do 20 rep sets with dumbbells. no one cares how much you dumbbell press it's just a bodybuilding exercise. do a real lift if you wanna brag about strength gay.
That's impressive. As a 30 year old boomer I give him props and encourage his behavior and he continues to develop strength for my positive attention instead buying clothes from kanye west and speaking in internet shorthand for your negative attention.
Why are we supposed to care about this? Every high school in the USA has a 14 year old on the football team that can do this and that's been true for like 50 years
Wow, that is impressive. I hope he's doing it naturally and not going the route of a lot of tiktok zoomers these days getting on sarms and whatever else.
>uses dbs that are ment for INCREASED range of motion compared to barbell >literally does 2 half reps with ass in the air
Listen here gay, i won't tell you how much weight i can do with such "form" but i'm telling you to go to the gym, pick your regular work sets weight, do it with the same shit form and find out for yourself how easy it's going to be.
DB benching is worth way more than 1.3x imo. You need to physically kick up the weight into place and stabilise it while also increasing range of motion. But yeah those reps aren't all the way down but as the dbs get heavier they become too damn large. Wish they stayed within reasonable size past 32kg
I can hip thrust zoomers.

>tfw when dropped out in highschool and in a career by 24
Just try bro
Fuck. Im 22 and like this, i can still save myself right
Get on your ass and do something anon. I view you with disdain.
t. also 22

I could bench 130 dbs back when I was a zoomer
>260lbs
Is that supposed to be impressive?
post the video of you doing it. Dumbbells, not barbell.
Dumbbell press is not equal to barbell press. It's like 1.3 times the dumbbell weight, so if the total weight is 260, his bench is something like 340.
If that's true, how come I could do 45s for reps easily but I'm stalling at around 120 for barbell flat bench?
Algorithms don't work for dyels.
because most people shorten the range of motion for db press.

That is not true. My intensity is quite high.
meh it's just not a 100% skill transfer but I'd say it's more like 1:1 if you're used to both.
I can db bench more than bb personally
that kid will die if he tried to bench 340. i bet you have similar delusion about yourself.

NO
Anyone who gives half a fuck about tiktok egolifters outside of waiting for them to kill themselves needs to re-evaluate their life.
Well I'm a zoomer

The 66kg IPF world champion has plenty of videos maxing out on the DB bench on his ig.
is he black or mexican?

They cant lift me, Id fart in their face.
I'm legit curious, if you can press a 130 dumbbell with each hand, what does that convert to as far as switching to a barbell with both hands?
Usually people say it's something like a 15% difference, I think. Plus or minus a few percent, everyone is different.
The rule of thumb is you just add the weight of the bar. So 130 in each hand is roughly 3pl8.
but he looks DYEL. those are probably 30lb sand dumbbells
>130s
>13 inch arms
Post the video homosexual OP
They're 30s. He just painted the 1 on.
30s arent that large
hes very small
impressive never seen arms that look that undefined and small use 130s. not hating honestly impressed. maybe bad angle

misleading OP. borderline zoomer tier cycle with shit diet.
>When you can bench her 130lb bf
>Clearly benching 260lbs
If you can bench 260, you can bench 130. This is because 130 is less than 260. Hope this helps
You cannot bench 130 while benching 260. It is impossible to do both at the same time fucking idiot.
That doesn't even equal 135lbs, hes only at 90lbs total
The fuck is that range of motion?
really isn't that bad
How is he laying on the bench, but his reflection is standing in the mirror?
>uses dbs that are ment for INCREASED range of motion compared to barbell

lel. He doesn't even go down. Confirmed liftlet
are these fake weights how can this noodle arm looking bro db press 130?
Yeah honestly I don't want to sound jealous but I don't see how a guy with those muscles lifts that weight.
He's probably tall so he doesn't look that big
There was a point in my adult life where he could have benched me in one hand lol.
I'd let him fuck my wife.
wait how?
>adult men are capable of benching more than their bodyweight
wow that's crazy
Mirin those AB Series I dumbbells. Those two 130# dbs costs over $1k + tax & shipping.
It’s good that young people exercise.
Damn
They’re adults. So it stands to reason that many of them would be very strong.
thats cute but i can ohp a zoomer so whos really winning here
yeah, they should be able to do it wtf
Theyre going to need a third dumbell to lift me.
>American Barbell
>Is a Dumbell
Do burgers really...
This isn't impressive at all, only zoomers would think so.
What matters is speed/endurance/strength
So what? If you can bench 2pl8 you can bench most guys lmao. I would literally expect that zoomest be able to bench me

I am like 88kg bro it isn't hard to bench me.
