Lateral raises, thats your only friend if you're natty to build sizeable shoulders.
Shoulder Press primarily works your front delt, Rear pecdeck or face pulls help your rear delts, and lateral raises build your side delts which leads to a wider frame shoulder wise. Even a few cm of muscle makes a difference in looks.
Dont go too heavy, you want a moderate weight you can raise up and lower using your SHOULDERS*** . excessive swinging tells your body to activate the traps, and I dont need to exactly spoon feed why targeting traps on a delt exercise is backwards.
Personally, use cables if you can. No swinging and you can easily feel a burn since it applies constant tension.
I had the opposite experience.
Strict cable shit does nothing, looser form much heavier with dumbbells is superior. You need some body awareness when lifting like this though, e.g briefly pausing at the apex of the ROM so your delts get hit with brutal eccentrics at the least favourable leverages.
I literally did the cable shit for months on end spammed for volume to failure, switching to sloppier dumbbell laterals and upright rows worked much better
Heavy Dumbell Upright Rows(one hand at a time) for high reps are also great.

Will give you crazy shoulders and upper back, even if you're natty. OHP is a waste of time for building proper shoulders. I know people here like OHP, I also like OHP myself, but let's be honest. It's dogshit for building wide look.
You can't increase clavicle width. Increase shoulder breadth with lateral and rear delt work. Increase the size of your lats and arms to give the illusion of wider shoulders as well. If you're fridgemode then also build your legs and abs a lot or else you'll look like shit. Godspeed

Do not do this. It may work now, your shoulder is your most complex and delicate joint. I can press over 3 plate, but don’t ever go above 20s on any type of delt raise. There’s zero need. Delts are a technique and finesse muscle.

GO as HEAVY as you can without injuring yourself and NO SWINGING well maybe last 2 reps its ok, doing laterals with 15lbs is gonna do NOTHING for you no one got big with pussy weight (no one natty that is), i do 4x12 and a burnout set with 8xparcials with 30s, that worked for me, also obviously work your rear delts they push the muscle out
You can do whatever you want to try to make your delts grow, but bear in mind that they simply won't grow that much if you are natural. You could be doing 100 lb laterals for 20 reps and still have tiny delts compared to a roidtranny who barely even trains them.
