How do "normal" people eat and don't gain weight?

So I was 300+ pounds, currently 5 weeks into weight loss and I'm 285. I was craving a some panda express yesterday and looked at the calories that a "bowl" has. It's around 1200 cal. How do people eat this for breakfast, than 1200 for lunch and than dinner and don't become a fat slob like me? ~2k cal a day is unable to fit such meals inside of that. Am I missing something?

    >How do people eat this for breakfast, than 1200 for lunch and than dinner
They don't. A normal breakfast and lunch together shouldnt total over 1200kcal. Dinner can be about 1000kcal if you work out or do manual labour.

State of being. Contrary to popular belief there’s a metaphysical element to how your body is shaped. High state of mind, being, and spirit will always be more attractive. The first 20 years of your life are most important.

They do gain weight, a "normal" American is overweight.

    > I was craving a some panda express yesterday and looked at the calories that a "bowl" has. It's around 1200 cal. How do people eat this for breakfast,
who the fuck is eating a panda express bowl for breakfast?

Yes, you don't order takeout drenched in oils, you prepare your own meals from whole foods and only eat when hungry. No soda, no alcohol.
    Easy.

A "normal" person in America eats like a bowl of cereal if anything for breakfast, maybe a sandwich for lunch, and then 1200 calorie fast food plate of junk for dinner. Probably around 2500-3000 calories total. A "normal" man is around 200lbs though.

"Normal" people don't have panda express even once a day let alone 3 fucking times.
They have take away or delivery maybe twice a week.

Also you want to distinguish between normal = average (average person is a combination of all retards, boomers, zoomers and My 600 Pound life contestant) and normal = median (they're probably fat as well but it's an actual specific person not a combination of statistics)

A lot of "normal" people also don't really eat meals the way you think about them. They basically just graze on junk food throughout the day. Breakfast is a donut at work. Lunch is a salad. A snack is potato chips. Dinner is popcorn and ice cream. Protein not included.

Look into celebrity diets. That should give you an idea.

Most people are fat like you so they're eating 3k or more a day.
Thinner people have 2 light meals and a heavy meal (typically dinner, sometimes lunch) and many even skip breakfast.

      Stop eating out.

I think Grimes is "cute" but not attractive. Why would Elon impregnate her twice?

Are you seriously asking how regular humans are able to eat Panda Express three times a day without gaining weight?

Okay, I'll bite. You have to stop eating foods that have a poor calorie to satiety ratio. That's why lots of people do low-carb diets, and try to eat more meals with protein and fat in them, because those things are filling. Chinese food is well-known for being very carb-laden (noodles, rice, sweet sauces), and that you get hungry again an hour after you eat it.

So to answer your question directly, you need to stop eating Panda Express until you've lost some weight. You should focus on eating foods that are filling like
    >eggs
    >avocados
    >steak, especially fattier cuts
    >chicken, especially thighs
    >salad greens

Every morning, you should eat like eggs, bacon, drink heavy cream (not milk), butter, coffee if you like, an avocado.

For lunch you should have 8oz of chicken thigh or steak with salad greens and pecans.

For dinner, you should have another 8oz of meat, with cottage cheese and a protein shake.

The only beverages you should have are zero calories/zero sugar. Water, tea without sugar, black coffee (not starbucks...but you can put heavy cream in your black coffee), gatorade zero. Mix electrolyte powders in your water if you start getting headaches from your drop in carbs.

You should eat this way every day for a quarter (13 weeks). Think of this as your job. Every day you eat these meals, no cheating. Track everything week by week. After 12 weeks, I have something special for you. On the 13th week, you eat the same breakfast and lunch, but this week you can eat out for dinner, provided you do not eat any candy, sweets, or drink soda or alcohol. Basically, week 13 you can have Panda Express for dinner.

No one else is going to spoonfeed it to you like this again.

You can get grilled chicken with white rice there with 430 calories. You fat fuck. If you do the steak & rice/vegetables, you can lower that to around 340 calories.

When I was working a manual labor job I would not have a breakfast, have a large sandwich for lunch, and eat a 1000-1500kcal meal for dinner.

When I am not working hard outside I just fast or ditch 2 meals a day.

My biggest thing is food tastes so much better when I am lean. Once I get fat enough everything.... tastes like shit.

    >How do people eat this for breakfast, than 1200 for lunch and than dinner
typical fat logic. if a normal person eats a big meal like that they feel stuffed and disgusted at the idea of doing it again after only a few hours. or if they force themselves into a particularly high calorie day then they won't be repeating it again for a while.
very simply they aren't fat because they're not eating anything close to 3600 cal/day.

Get super greens as a side instead of rice/noodles and stop getting double orange chicken. You can get out of panda with sub 700-600 cal plates EZ

I've gone through periods when I was eating takeout every day, but I never got anywhere near 300 pounds. 210 was the highest I've ever been and even that felt disgusting.
I never reached 300 because when I went to panda express, I ordered the small bowls and got half greens on the side. Sure, I could have stomached eating a bigger portion but even fatass me didn't want to go too deep down the rabbit hole.
Dinners also tended to not be as big as the takeout meals I got for lunch, so that might have helped a little bit.
Another thing is that I always tried to stay a little bit active by going for daily walks and bike rides.
You have to completely stop giving a fuck and eat a shitton of food every day for years in order to allow yourself to reach 300 pounds. It's just not a normal way to live

That's true. I have gone full fat fuck mode, but also maintained a pretty active lifestyle with lifting and cardio. I ate like a pig every day but never went over 270lbs. Getting to 300lbs+ requires you to be lazy and gluttonous on a level that you defy common sense when it comes to eating basically on a daily basis.

People in my country eat something like this
    >breakfast: eggs, rye bread, fruits, water/coffee
    >lunch: chicken/fish/meat, rice/potatoes, vegetables
    >dinner: something similar to lunch
    >before bed: bread, yougurt (I eat quark),blueberries etc.

I've never known anyone who eats fast food for breakfast. Maybe on weekend you eat pizza

A massive amount of "normal" people are actually obese but manage to hide it with clothing.
Even a massive portion of 'hot' chicks you see are just wearing shapewear...

A lot of people have a big calorie dense greasy meal like once in a while. There's a huge difference between having a big fastfood meal once in a while and doing it 5 times a week.
A lot of people also eat very light during breakfast and lunch, and a lot in the evening.

And a lot of people are just fat, bro.

    5'11" 185lbs here.

Breakfast today is an egg mcmuffin and a small black coffee. 310 calories
Lunch will be half a bag of beef jerky, 300 calories. A large salad with chicken, around 500 calories.
Dinner is just some chicken, sweet potatoes, and brown rice. Around 800 calories.

People who aren't fat retards don't indulge jn goyslop fast food everyday, if the do (like my breakfast), they get something lower calorie without fries and sugar water.
I dont eat chips or candy or other unfilling high processed sugar garbage.

I will get one of the bowls you are talking about maybe once or twice a year. Normal people eat well for 90% of their meals.
    Also I work out 1.5 hours a day 6xdays a week.

      Also normal person here.
I usually skip breakfast. If not, its 2/3 eggs + tbsp butter + salt + hot sauce (~250-300 calories?) or oats + chia seeds + cinnamon + tsp honey (<=400 calories).
Lunch is usually ~500-600 calories, a salad, sardines, greek yogurt; something like that.
Dinner is where I push most calories, I like a big dinner, usually chili or chicken/rice/beans, something like that. Regardless it usually comes out to ~1600-2200 calories, which is under my TDEE.
I was obese because I ate shit food. I made a rule to only eat what I cook (minus the random hangout with friends or special events). Turns out when you cook all your food and aim for good shit, its a lot harder to overeat.
