I dont live alone anon, and even at work i sometimes ending up buying food.

    When I got put on Ritalin, I dropped 10kg in 2 months simply because I didn't get as much enjoyment out of simply stuffing food into me. I went from living to eat to eating to live.

          I once ate an entire head of iceberg lettuce in a large salad and I didn't feel full. This was like a 2kg lettuce too and it was just paired with white vinegar and Kosher salt.

            Iceberg lettuce is the least filling form of lettuce you want nutrient dense foods that what they mean by filling when yoy jave the nutrients you need in a small package the stomach does not send as much hunger signals to the brain

            Fruit is far more effective. fruit has a good calorie-to-fullness ratio, with benefit of also having vitamins and tasting sweet.
            You absolutely will lose weight if you substitute one meal with chopped up fruits.

      also pleasure eating has nothing to do with "being full" you eat because of a mental feeling, not a physical state of being. I personally, to my great shame, can eat an entire pizza and feel disgustingly full and still fucking eat because I have a severe eating issue.
      I hate myself.

    Try essential amino acids, helped me stop binging. Sugar can can quell almost any craving but it might be some amino acid that your body really wants.

    what's nice about being hungry and cutting is that all food starts to taste amazing. Non fat greek yogurt tastes like heaven to me, fuck IST.

    Depends on when you do it. If you do it while working you can change it for something like drinking water.
    If you do it out of boredom you should instead do something else to deal with that.
    Find the source, the trigger of that behavior. Also be mindful of your thought process, your head just goes through a series of sure proof paths that result in the desired stimulus.

    drink this shit. Dont boil the water, keep it at 75°c 80 max.
    I drink it cold with ice in summer.
    Keeps you from eating, its a great stimulant. But don't drink it past 6pm or you will have problems sleeping. Its like coffee but better.

        Yeah but its better. Can't explain, but it works better than coffee. You tend to drink more of it though, if you drink as much coffe it might not be pleasant. So it keeps you hydrated
