My wrists got bigger from dumbbells but not the barbell. I think they do work when you stabilize stuff.

Try knuckle push ups, dumb bell curls, and pull ups. I used to have a weak limp wrist until I got surgery for my snapping ECU and started lifting and doing martial arts. We would do 100 pushups with our fists vertically on bricks for harder fists but it also strengthens your wrists and forearm. Good luck man

This is wristcel cope. I actually lost weight but my deadlift increased by 90lbs in a year (455->545) and my wrists grew. Before, I could wrap my middle finger and thumb around both wrists, now they won't even touch unless squeeze super hard.

If you're a wristlet you simply have to come to terms with the fact that you will never impress anybody with your physique or strength because your frame is weak so a trained weak frame will still be much weaker than people with average or above average frames who have trained for a similar length of time.
Simply be honest with yourself about why you lift, if it's to get stronger because it's more useful in your day to day activities or you just enjoy doing it keep at it otherwise accept your genetics are not physically impressive and look into other ways of impressing people you would naturally be more suited to if that's all you care about.

deadhangs multiple sets to F after your workout.

Incorporate some forearm and grip work aswell.

if you stress bone enough it will grow.

It is, but you can still try what this anon said

if you stress bone enough it will grow.

Your bones can in fact grow from stress. Just don't expect big results. Your wrists are only part of the problem though, since you would still have a small frame even if you somehow grew bigger wrists.
