I used to do the old 70s BB "Rib stretches" where you literally pull your ribs out by your hands when I was 14-16. Now they stick out further than my pecs, and I'm a pecs guy.... I wonder if perma tightening the abs would work. It does correct it temporarily when I flex my abs...

rib flare is a result of pectus excavatum, yours is less than mine, and mine is already minor. The only way to fix this is surgery, or by diminishing it's appearance via lifting heavier.
This a troll thread? OP doesn't even have it. Mine look like this, and I don't have this pectus excavatum. 0 chest/rib issues except the lower part looks like a door that needs to be shut.. I developed it doing classic chest expansion exercises to gain size.

Buy one of these and eat more, I had the same issue from being a skeleton weak abs and the roller helped a lot fixing it.
