      1000% this, I went from 155 to 190 by doing this in around 3-4 months (I'm 6'2"). Be warned though, you need to be going to the gym religiously to do this. You should be going minimum 4 days a week doing hard workouts, otherwise you're gonna end up as a fat fuck with a lard ass.

          There's anywhere from 2 to 2.8 kg of protein in 10kg of pork depending on the cut, you fucking cretin. Even assuming OP gets only 20g or protein per 100g of pork, that's still 2 kg of total protein, which is more than twice as much as he'd get from a 1kg tub of whey. Also, there are far more calories, which is what someone on a bulk needs.

    Get an instant pot or pressure cooker and start cooking dried beans and rice. A cup of rice, cup of beans, few tablespoons of oil and Hispanices is like 1500 calories and under a dollar. A few glasses of milk and some peanut butter and you're over 2k calories and 100g protein. Plus it's enough fiber your shits will be glorious once your gut flora adapt. Then add on pork/whole chicken/eggs, spinach, broccoli, and onions and you're pretty set.

    Same height and kcal requirement here. I eat 6 meals of 150g rice. No Hispanices or anything. For half of the meals, I make some protein like eggs or cottage cheese. It's incredibly cheap but I do tend to eat some other things sometimes to not get deficient. I think potatoes would be even better nutrient wise, but they're more expensive and harder to eat loads of.
    Make sure you eat basmati rice from india tho. Most other rice is from china and its filled with toxins, which isnt that big of a deal unless you eat so much of it.

    dairy is your friend, like when you make scrambled eggs, add cream to the eggs when you beat them and cook them in a pan that you make bacon in, and add butter to the pan to mix witht he bacon fat and just keep going with that. Every dish you make a cream pan sauce, use lots of butter and for snacks hit up the classic PB&J.

    go to hotels that have continental breakfast. very few actually check if you have a room there. just walk in when other guests are coming in/out and pretend your on the phone. also make sure you acknowledge the person at the desk with a smile. the food is not the best but if you to hilton's embassy suites, for example, they have made to order omelets. if you live in a city with many hotels you can get a free meal almost every day.
