How can I keep a healthy sleep schedule? I wake up at like 2pm everyday which always feels too late to go to the gym since I like going at around noon since that's when no one is there. But the reason I stay up so late is because I hate my family and it's the only time they're all asleep. NEET obviously.

Wake up earlier, hit the gym, take a nap when you get home. You'll still get the same amount of sleep overall so you can still stay up late.

If you're NEET you can go at the gym at any time you choose, why not go in the late evening when there's no one? I am also a NEET and I basically plan my life around not having to be around others lmao. It's a great life.

I go at like 2pm and almost no one is there but some old heads. When it starts filling up around 4, I'm finishing my workout and getting a nice eyeful of that fat latina booty and skinny, blonde camel-toes on my way out.
waking up at 2pm is fucking great. I used to work nights. holyshit it was great. I always got more sleep than I needed, I worked 10 hours every night, and then went to the gym for an hour afterwards, longer on my days off. I highly recommend it. I work mornings now. I wake up at 2am and want to kill myself every day.

Habit and discipline. I used to sleep 6 am till 3pm. Wake up, not hungry, "breakfast" around 4pm. Then usually went on online. before I knew it, it was 4am in the morning and I never got shit done.
Now I sleep at 9pm. Wake up at 5am. By 7pm or so, you will be sleepy after a while. and by 9pm fall right asleep. Even if you live with people you still get a few hours then away from them, and most of your country will still be sleeping. The days feel much longer and I can get so much stuff done. I avoid online when I wake up, and by 8am I have ate, planned meals, worked out. I feel I have achieved before the day has even started.
I feel more alive say at 10am too now, being awake at 3pm just feels depressing.
