Find the PT test for your branch and see if you can pass it. If you can pass it then your fine. If not then just do the exercises necessary to pass the test (push ups, sit ups, pull-ups, distance running) until you can pass the test and you'll be good to go

Honestly not as fit as you’re thinking. Boot camp is designed to get you from fat couch potato/skinny twig and get you to meet the basic physical standards. A lot of people go in as total DYELS
Also, I’m in the Marine Corps which has the strictest standards, and a lot of people I know or see just aren’t all that fit. Even I’m not anywhere close to as fit as I could be or want to be (though I just managed to avoid going on BCP lol)
When it comes to Navy and Air Force, those guys are nothing. Fatties and skinnies as far as you can see (I know, I was just at NAS Pensacola).
However, you get a free gym and a lot of time, so you see a ton of super buff fitness people everywhere. It’s a great opportunity to get fit if you’re looking for an opportunity

35 Curl Ups
That is the bare minimum though and during basic fitness tests much tougher than this will be coming at you. Realistically you'll be in for a tough time if you got in with bare minimum stats.

Basic training is entirely about body weight endurance, and memorizing gay professional shit like ranks & speech. Just be able to do a <10m mile, 30 push ups for a few sets, a couple of good form pullups, 50 sit ups, one minute plank.
Maybe commit ranks to memory to help with the mental.
The BEST thing you can do to prepare, though, is go to the DMV four times a week.
