        I consume 200 grams of protein a day. Smoke and use a tanning bed already. Honestly, energy drinks are my main kick but tried getting rid of those due to the amount of sugar and caffeine. I think I may need to up my red light therapy use

    Same brother. No solution but try to stay consistent with the gym. I dragged myself there yet I feel much better after coming back.
    Also fucked up my sleep and now going to bed at 4am. We're gonna get through this tho.
    Yeah, that bulk is probably working but be careful with the calories, don't eat garbage when you feel bad.

      It's so hard. My mind was so "no" the whole time. I had like 6 hours of sleep in a 3 day period. Felt awful. Totally depressed.

      I work a night shift security job my coworkers are assholes who old as shit, super morbidly obese and will sit on their ass all night while I'm running around picking up people's mail and opening and unlocking shit. The old fucks don't do shit yet bad mouth me to management. They call in if it rains or some shit so I'm constantly filling their slots.

        Most security jobs are just a dumping ground for window lickers, retards and freak shows. It's an industry on the fringes of the economy. It's usually not cost effective for a company to hire security guard unless they have a MASSIVE theft issue they're armed and effective.     Supplement vitamin D and force yourself to the gym. Pretty sure the red light thing is a meme, but get as much direct sunlight and fresh air as you can. CBD helps as well.

      The best case scenario is that vitamin D pills might get you to 30% of your basic intake. The same with just eating fish, eggs and drinking milk. Because of people being so fucking scared of sun cancer and sunlight they won't go outside without a bath in sunscreen even during the winter that vitamin D is the most common vitamin deficiency.
