Hey, I asked this before but I forgot. IS it better for someone who has never worked out in their life, daily drives a computer desk, doesn't get any exercise and smokes weed and stuff, to work out every day or to start out small. Or how would I go about it without hurting myself? I really wanna get fit and cherish my body but I'm stuck in this loop of comfortability and being at my desk routinely. Help a sod out, you were once like me.
TL;DR. I never worked out, I have 0 fitness, and I don't want to hurt myself jumping head first. Any tips? Should I like start with push ups only and see if I can stick to that or what.
