How do fit pregnant women do it, are they just not womanlets? I felt my diet was under control before with caffeine and IF, but now it’s harder than I anticipated with these restrictions. I cope with green vegetables but the damage is done as I’m instructed I should not aim to reduce weight
be more strict with ur IF, also minimise carbohydrates so ur insulin is reduced and you can consume calories from ur fat moar easily.
if you do OMAD properly, your bmr should increase, not decrease and you shouldn't feel lethargic (prob don't fast when preggers tho)
Im not advised to IT from both specialists, but thank you for reenforcing lower carb intake, it’d be preferable to be more mindful and not cope with sugar I no longer enjoy
>10kg and a trimester to go
It s normal to gain 10kg during pregnancy and for the good developpement of the fœtus you shouldn't avoid it.You will loose them after don t worry.
I wanna inseminate you
I really have a fetish for young moms I cant control
How? She can't get double pregnant
congrats, my gf is also mega pregnant since my families genes produce massive babies (was 62 cm at birth myself and she's a 160cm womanlet)
seriously don't try and lose weight through pregnancy exercising preggos online are mostly posers handle it like a lean bulk
youll definitely gain weight but that doesn't mean that you have to become fat, the baby and belly obviously has its own weight and you also store water differently due to the hormones
fitness/leanness is not what you should be prioritize at the moment
keep doing what you've done before and can still do more or less comfortably
have a friend that did olympic lifts until her belly got in the way and just did deadlift prs and heavy sled pulls until birth
get blood work done right now especially but not only iron/ferritin if your doctor hasn't already
if you can afford it comfortably get one of those gut microbiome tests as well the effect the state of your body has on the unborn child is insane
you being fit and not letting yourself go is already a big plus
Thanks anon, I’m 155 but inching closer to 63 kg now, my fat distribution has helped until now but I’m not exactly fit at the moment. I understand that being fit and muscular pre pregnancy defines how one will develop during pregnancy and if one can keep up a routine, but I’m stuck in not being able to push it as far as other athletic women unfortunately, from what I have been instructed. Thankfully I’m able to talk daily walks now and climb stairs as I was told to be sedentary for about a month and a half due to placenta previa.
YWNBAW
tits or gtfo
post tummy
And titties
Dubs of reason.
Follow the fucking rules and post your milkers, OP.
Give up on your diet for one year, eat as much protein as you can to make your baby big and strong. Lose the weight afterwards. Now is the time for a clean bulk
My wife literally didn't care, gained something like 7-8lbs, then lost like 11 one month after the labor. Go for a long walks. It will help you later in the pregnancy from your back and hips pain.
This. Also post pregnancy pussies are grotesque. Ruins many a sex life.
>You will lose them after
Hahahaha when during the post partum depression or the several years of daily care that makes you lose sleep before they can go to school.
Since I’m breastfeeding I’m confident it will be easier to manage, I understand I can’t be 100% certain I won’t have PPD but I feel joyful of being pregnant. The frustration of not being able to lift, fast or have caffeine is transitory, I’m looking forward to the baby which is the pattern I often don’t see on women who ended up having the condition, they didn’t seem sure, were anxious about the permanent life style change and waited it out to get used to living with a baby. Thoughts predate feelings, I’m optimistic and mentally prepared of the incoming phase and thus I’m happy of expecting this child with my loving husband.
Walk as much as you can, loaded carries are based.
Indian clubs might be a a good idea because the relaxin is making your tendons and ligaments jelly, basically. This will not stop until you are done breastfeeding btw
You will lose most of your baby weight between breastfeeding and carrying the baby.
Let your body be the guide, and don't push through pain esp round ligament pain
Cowards
damn I forgot how cringe zoomers can be
>heavily pregnant
You like getting creampied?
Go heavy on the sugar, ease down on the fats, stay away from pufa, get lots of salt calcium and potassium. Coffee is good for you. Don't make your baby a bitch by not giving him enough noooootrients
retard
The best thing you can do is gain only 25-35 lbs during the entire pregnancy. That's how much the placenta, baby, extra fluids, etc all weigh--anything over that amount is excess excess fat that is going to be tough to shed post-pregnancy. Walking is good. Swimming is even better. When I was pregnant with my first, I signed up for a gym at my third trimester, and it was so fantastic to get in the water and move around. Don't go hard on the treadmill and stay away from the elliptical machine tho--diastasis rectii naturally happens with pregnancy, but if you workout too hard on your pelvis, then you'll end up with a huge separation post-pregnancy that will take a decade of exercise or plastic surgery to fix. Do the gentle walks around your neighborhood, and do the swimming. And do not overeat the calories; you really don't need that much extra, and you will regret putting on the extra "baby weight".
t. twice-pregnant momma. Put on 30 lbs with each pregnancy and lost it by 3 months postpartum. After the second baby, went down to 125 lbs and I'm 5'9" tall.
Thanks anon, this is all helpful and reassuring, I take daily walks but there is a large incline I take real slow with breaks when I walk home, I’m hopeful and careful for no diastasis. I do feel my abdominal muscles are very tight though I pray the specialized pelvic strength and core training I took for some 4 months prior were able to be of some assistance.
