how am i wasting extra protein? I typically eay 150-170g of protein as part of a normal diet where i'm just eating good food and not "focusing on protein" I have adjusted my carbs down and this is superior for my body and energy levels.
I can promise you I focus on my diet and nutrition and pay closer attention to my body at a per gram macro sort of level - i'm the next thing that comes before obsessed.
Protein intake beyond 1.62g per kg of bodyweight are shown not to result in any additional gains in fat free mass so unless you're 320 lbs, you're wasting money.
>jack links beef jerky >parmesan cheese >pumpkin seeds >whole wheat bread which has 50 more calories than regular bread >all for the protein gain >600 calories over goal calories which is already close to morbidly obese
You're just a fat snackwhore aren't you
Just because something is high in protein doesn't mean you get to shove it in your face

1 day where I eat jerky, who cares? it's not a normal part of my diet so it literally doesn't change anything.
I literally pay more attention to my food then you ever will.

One of us abstains from eating 20$ bags of salt on random days. I don't think you pay attention to what you eat more than me.

You literally don't know anything about my lifestyle aside from a screencap of one day in myfitnesspal in which i consumed jerky at a party and fueled a wonderful bike ride and workout next day.

If you eat more than 90g of protein it will damage your liver causing liver failure
I'm healthy so I eat a diet of pure basedbean oil and high fructose corn syrup
Anybody else have this thing where after you eat chicken or steak and say an hour or 2 later you have a piss and about two thirds the way through emptying your bladder your piss gets super cloudy for like 3 seconds and then sorta becomes normal again
This shit really freaks me out but I have no idea wtf it is.
You literally have protein in your urine. That's not a good thing
You should probably bring this up to a physician, it could be a sign of kidney problems
instad you should be eating about 500g prot. a full pound of protein lets you build a bout 1 pound of muscle per day. if you eat 1 pound per day, after amonth you can put on about 30 pounds of pure muscle
too many normies caught onto liver now i cant find it in any stores
Try a butchers
Lol right! Big yikes from me! Upvoted btw
>what a great post

You're literally wasting money on that extra protein. You can get those cals from carbs instead.

Another shit thread by a vegan loser.
I eat 400g protein minimum on cycle. 500 if possible.
Am I really supposed to eat 200 grams of protein a day?
This. literally everyone knows that 80lbs of protein a day is more than enough to build musculature
>no vocaroo
IST is dead
200 g of protein is only .44 pounds.
