The reality is you dont need to bulk to get stronger. Powerlifters sit in the same weight class and improve their totals without gaining weight over the years/decades staying in the same weight class. How? by training properly.
Cutting when u're 20kg too fat will kill ur motivation. u has to have a strictly deficit, EVERY FUCKING DAY the same. And u has to work out.
Start losing weight. Then bulk and cut.

If u wanna lose weight u have to lose muscles too. They're heavier than fat.
When u're a fat cunt u have to lose body weight first. Otherwise u have to hold a very strict deficit (everyday the same, there's no deviation allowed) which would kill u bc u will only lose a tiny bit body weight every month.
E.g. OP has 20kg too much. He will need more than 2y to lose it in cut lol.
If he loses weight he will need about 4 months.

I cant eat enough to gain muscle, or fat. So I never have to cut because I dont have any fat, but I hate eating so I never gain any muscle. Would you rather have my problem? or your problem (where you can gain muscle, but hate cutting and thus cant ever cut the fat off to see the muscle)
