Do planks but focus on tucking your pelvis under your spine. Squeeze your glutes and abs and actively strive to create posterior pelvic tilt. If done properly your abdominals will be on fire and your hip flexors will feel stretched.
Film yourself before and after to monitor progress and if the exercise treats your ATP.
I did some wall/floor exercises(where you have to press your lower back to a surface while doing shit with arms/legs(e.g. "deadbugs") and focused on the posture every time I went outside for a while, until it became a new normal for me.
yes. all I did was lift, some basic stretches a couple times a week and artistically remind myself to stand and sit up straight for months on end until it became second nature..
Just do deadlifts and squats.
You'll notice your posture improves if you squeeze your glutes.
I already did, I was squatting double my body weight and nothing changed. In combination with stretched and core/flute exercises
It’s your C1 you fat piece of shit. Get it fixed and the rest of your spine will align. Fat. FAT FAT FAT

I’m a fucking holocaust victim not a fatass. I dojt even know what a C1 is. Is that the vagus nerve?
In that case, another fix is pushing your hips forward

I like my anterior makes tranny life more simple.
i have, ab training and getting a strong back chain solved it. I am basically telling you to deadlift.
Neither dead lifting nor squatting really helped it
Yes; mine used to be a lot worse than it is but while I'm lying in bed I do the exercises and it's helped it quite a bit
