I used cheap $5 ones from Amazon. They increased toe flexibility a great deal and I have increased toe control, particularly of the middle 3 which I can now move independently of the big and little toes(the tendons of the three are connected so they can't be independent of each other).
I don't think my foot has gotten wider but I haven't bought proper shoes yet.
Correct toes says you need to wear them basically 24/7 and in shoes that accomodate them for results to occur.
I am happy with the greater toe flexibility at least. While I only have a mild bunion on my foot, I can flex the toe into the proper position and try to hold it there as long as I can.
I weight lift bare foot and spend all my time at home barefoot. Probably going to buy those toe shoes for the gym and for running and a different set fir just walking around.
I tried the generic Amazon ones but it just cut off my circulation and felt like shit. Has anyone tried correct toes? I want to fix my shitty feet but they're fucking $85
The generic ones you can get are probably too small for most male feet and aren't designed to have weight put on them. I'm thinking of getting some correct toes then just walking around and doing squats with them on and eventually get decent barefoot shoes then.

No, but I got a Big Toenail Delete (ripped out all the way to the root, scrapped and burned) done on both feet. My foot form has gotten way better since.
I've been looking at it but it cost $63 for a piece of silicone.. the thing is that my pinky toe is sideways because I wore shoes too small for me as a child
I used them. Almost completely fixed my bunions and it reduced my hip pain. I used to also get these weird hard bumps on the top of my foot but using spacers and doing foot exercises stopped them from forming. So yes I recommend it if it's needed
You end up wiggling them off at 4 AM. No clue if they work or not but I've heard it's just to relieve pain, not permanently correct crooked toes
You’re supposed to wear them while you walk around barefoot at home. Otherwise they would be useless.

the toe-shoes stay ON if we're going to have sex
Man, doing that for the very first time felt like I was breaking up my foot.
what are those for
The same thing toe shoes are for, proper foot alignment, focusing on the toes.

why dont you guys wear better shoes or something
Proper foot formed shoes are expensive as hell. You know ~~*why*~~.
Well, it's not like you have no options, you could find knock-off vans or chucks or drop 50 bucks on a spacious shoe.
I've just been barefoot inside the house for 2 years lol
>I've just been barefoot inside the house for 2 years lol
so you've been wearing shoes inside for all the other years?
for what purpose?
maybe socks were worn
no, but I do use shoes with a human shapped toebox that is wide enough and that makes a big difference.

Never tried them but I have been wearing vivo barefoot shoes for a long time.
Must be over ten years easy.
I'm not woman enough to care about this.
There is nothing more womanly than bodybuilding so you'll fit right in
ngmi
Toe spacers are pointless. Just go barefoot and your feet will actually grow. I can't even fit in typical sneakers anymore.

Are you dumb? They come in any pedicure set or you can by a pair of them for like $5 at Walmart.
I care about my health and don't want $5 chinese poison leaking into my bloodstream transdermally
It’s styrofoam retard.
Styrofoam doesn't do shit retard, that's for painting your fucking nails gay. I'm talking about silicon, that actually realigns your toes.
>let me pay quadruple the price for the exact same thing
You think your toes are too strong for styrofoam? Lmao
post toes

Anon my feet are already properly spaced
Today I went hiking barefooted. Felt so nice to walk through the swamp and mud barefooted. Feet feel wholesome and renewed.
