This. I was in the military where nobody shakes hands, to studying biomed as an undergrad full of women and nerds, and now I study medicine which is full of women and nerds. At a university function I had the misfortune of meeting some business degree guys who approached myself and some of my female and male friends and the first business guy introduced himself and extended his hand and tried this bullshit handshake mogging thing where he grabbed my elbow with his other hand, tried to squeeze my hand like a lemon and twist the shit out of my wrist so his hand is on top. I violently pulled my hand up and out of his grasp and said "what the fuck is wrong with you? that's not even remotely close to how you shake someone's hand" and basically berated him in front of about 5 people and ignored the rest of them the whole night.
