I quit this gym because it caters for obese 45 year old housewives, but apparently i signed a contract for 12 months. They keep trying to charge my card but ive cancelled it. Will these fuckers chase me to court?

idk where you live but if you're in the US and signed a contract then they will probably send it to collections and it will impact your credit score.
Why would anyone send a bill to collections? Last gym I went to I had to quit when it closed down brcause some meathead had his bill sent to collections so he killed the owner, and his entire family. Burned their house down too.

Holy based. Whats the source?
The more I think of it, its truly not a good idea to extort money from roided up retards
yes, that surely is the typical situation that occurs everytime someone gets a bill sent to collection
I mean even if there’s only a 1% chance that’s pretty bad anon. You also only get like 2% of the money you’re owed from the collections people. It actually doesn’t seem worth it.
kek im moving to canada because i inherited a mansion fuck em
i hope you adore indians anon
Too many fucking shitskins here, trudope really fucked up canada.
its not even trudy. get rid of him and parliament will still have support for mass migration. its been happening since at least harper, and probably earlier.
Poilievre will probably win come next election, but hes the same bought and sold zogscum as the rest. journos have asked him questions about immigration and he'd waffle for a minute before moving on having not given any kind of commitment that he would reduce immigration. would be too unpopular with his industrialist/capitalist patrons
tldr same garden gnome shit per usual, invest in whey and iron (this is not financial advice™)
I read they're going to make supps illegal and tax the shit out of creatine and whey because there gateway drugs
stock up while ya can
what's the shelf life of creatine?
Dry powder probably lasts forever. Make a road trip to merika once every 3 years
they'll probably end up making the smuggling of extremely addictive substances like creatine illegal
think of the children!
No refunds
If it's basic fit
I know they actually send bailiffs after you if it's enough money.
Is it really like that in Europe?
Here in America if someone entwrs my property without a search warrant or arrest warrant I can just kill them
That’s one thing i envy about Americans…
no that would be a death sentence even in most eurofag countries
they bother you over the phone and send shit in the mail but they eventually give up after a while
Oh so it's the same as America
If I answer an unknown number I use an Indian accent
HELLO SIR WHO IAM I SPEAKING OF
Eventually they go to the location and start claiming and selling your shit, with a warrant.
>your credit score
cant you Americans just use debit cards? you dont need to borrow money from banks
you don't undertand, they can't be happy without being in debt!
Why would I ever pay something with my own money when I can pay with Mr. Shekelstein's money and get 3% cash back on top of it? I use a Cabela's gift card for everything and get a free hand gun with my rewards points every year.
Cabela's credit card*
That’s two things i envy about Americans…
credit is used for more than credit cards.
also using a debit card for everyday purchases is retarded, you get none of the consumer protections that credit cards are legally required to provide you. if your debit card details get stolen then the money you lose comes out of your bank account, and fraud investigations can take many months to finish and your money is withheld from you until the investigation is over. but if your card gets stolen it's not your money that was on the line, you just make a call and get a replacement card and go about your day like nothing happened, the fraudulent charges don't impact your bank account at all. not to mention extended warranties provided to you for free as well as easy chargebacks.
credit cards in general are great if you aren't a zoomerbrained consoomer who doesn't understand debt. i never spent a penny in interest or fees, i get all the above benefits for free, and i have a travel card that collects points and i get a few free flights a year for trips. there's literally no reason to not use one.
how the fuck do you even get a credit card? my bank wont give me one telling me I have to have income or some stupid shit
get a secured card until you build up at least a year's worth of credit history and get steady income. big banks will still require proof of income for secured cards but some smaller credit unions may let you get away without it
Finally someone who understands.
they have a whole scheme set up in place. Using building credit with perfectly responsibly gives a tiny advantage, not doing it gives a big disadvantage.
Obviously the scheme is made to make money, so responsible people benefit, then they tell their less responsible family and friends, who then get fucked over because they don't do it properly.
Check your contract. A lot of them have an out if you have to move to an area without a branch nearby. Tell them you've joined the Taliban and are moving to Kabul. Ask them what their operating hours are like there, and if its haram for women to wear spandex in the Afghanistan.
>Will these fuckers chase me to court?
No but they will send it to collections and put a nice big "fuck you" on your credit report. But I'm sure you're a poorfag who lives with mommy or some shitty apartment. What's funny is that in a few years you may want to finance a used car and this little "tantrum" is going to cost you thousands of dollars in interest due to your shit rate. Have fun with that, retard.
Im not american but I've never heard of anyone taking out a loan to buy a used car. Loans are for expensive things like houses, not 5000 euro cars.
