>waa waa I'm poor
So buy your own. You're no better than the broke bitch paying rent every month when you could easily save up a downpayment on a house. You're literally just complaining that you're too poor to own.
so then why are you paying them... anyone who takes fitness seriously should know a home gym is literally one of the best investments you can make. unless you're a broke moron living pay to pay who can't afford shit? in which case your ass needs to shut the fuck up and go to wherever poorfags hang out
I manage a gym owned by a guy who is part of organized crime. I would agree with this. He does nothing any more besides provide the money for new gyms and equipment and he gets that money from loans from organized crime figures.
im the type of rentoid to indulge you up till when it all starts looking very eerie and uncanny to you, very alienating, then you'll leave feeling more lonely than u did beforehand
That's an even worse idea. Most gyms have women's only areas.
I'm this anon

I manage a gym for a large franchise, you're going to get crushed by the big players like us.
I'd love to look at the economics of my local gym. What's the break even point on amount of members, there's only 2 revenue sources, Membership and Shakes/Preworkout/Drinks.
35 Euro membership
I'm guessing it has to be at least 1500 members at that price to break even.
Rent, Electricity, Staff, Cleaning staff, replacing equipment regularly etc.
They produce an environment for you to make gains and stare at thots

they buy equipment
I got a +10€ on my subscription last month for the "renewal of the machines"
Yet none of them were fixed since last year
Then don't pay it

I’m the type of landlord to use my spare key and show up in your apartment unannounced when I’m feeling lonely to hangout idgaf
That's cute.

my dad has a couple of houses he rents out, and i intend to open a little gym when i get my inheritance. i guess it's in the blood haha
The gym market is oversaturated. It's a bad idea anon. Buy a block of units instead.
i’m opening an only womens gym haha no trans allowed tho!

Feel free to buy equipment and store it and maintain it and provide access to thousands of people.
