Heavy eccentric pushdown 3x8 three times per week for the tricep tendon. Using the one arm rubber grip handle, grip it with one hand normally, and use your other hand to push down to assist with the concentric. Use a weight that would normally be a little too heavy for you with one arm and let it down slowly over 5 seconds per rep. Fixed my tricep tendinopathy. I'm having trouble understanding the other tendon you mean though. Like in your forearm?
IASTM a couple hours a month, self myofascial release with some type of firm ball or roller on forearm and tricep, or general upper body active/passive stretching of tricep/lats/pecs/forearms
Years of dedicated practice and focus. Kind of like lifting it takes consistency and proper practice to reach a goal for any type of skill you want. That's an engraving though btw, not a drawing. Get yourself some fine chisels, some rock or wood depending on the chisels you could get a hold of, and start practicing
Nothing you can really do with tendonitis. It sucks and is one of the most frustrating problems but rest is the only thing that will help. Rest until it's gone.
>Nothing you can do, just rest til its gone
And it will be back in no time again, you just have to PUSH THRU THE PAIN - heals that shit in just a few days
tendonitis is basically chronic inflammation for a number of reasons

I think to stretch, and I don't over train anymore
also I capsaicin cream and minty cream to help it
ironically the two worst things you can do are nothing and too much
I had elbow tendonitis because of my job as an electrician. i fixed it and its gone now. How did you get yours?
Logging and lifting
No idea, on my left it's above the elbow and on my right it's below, where the triceps join the elbow
Will look into it
>Will look into it
you won't, that's ok. do yourself a favor and bookmark it for later on when the pain gets too annoying.
Nigga I will, I'm not at home

I'd say it's the brachioradialis
Same methodology but using a dumbbell hammer curl instead if that's actually the tendon
As an electrician? You fuckers just pull wires how the hell did you fuck up your elbow like that
Compression sleeves.
What tendon in particular?

inflammation (and pain, duh) may take a few days to subside
yes, this works
Oy vey goyim you have to take the pills
Okay just tried this and it seems to have slightly helped but not by much sadly
>inflammation (and pain, duh) may take a few days to subside
it's not actually fucking magic dude, it takes time for inflammation to subside
Shit didn't hear that part, I'm retarded
I guess it does but wouldn't it not matter since the movement isn't the same?

From now on allow 48 hours of recovery between workouts
And rub on this stuff an hour before you go to sleep
I run a PPL split, doesn't that allow for 72hours between muscles groups?
Doesn't PPL mean you're using your elbow joints two consecutive days (push/pull)?
how do i draw like that?
Its not a drawing, its an engraving. and only one man could do it like that
thanks for gatekeeping art my Black
you're a fucking pussy if you consider that gatekeeping

Study the classic techniques and practice them.

For me the solution was low intensity high reps triceps isolation exercises.
Before it i fucked my elbow so bad that a few of my fingers would get numb

I just went to the gym with the worst elbow tendinitis I've ever had. The only difference is I finished my workout because I'm not a pussy
