that is true. I just swimming once in a while and some light yoga and shit. I am skinnyfat according to SwoleShack standards, but somewhat fit according to normie standards. Also a manlet but i have attractive face and i can talk to people and strangers and make jokes if i am in the mood. And that is all you need to have, somewhat nice face, a little to no above average body which is really easy to maintain and most important of all that can be changed is your personality. So, go outside and make some friends. And yeah, to add, what helped me meet girls when i am somewhere out in a club is knowing how to dance, but mostly is being relaxed enough to dance like nobody is watching. That got me tons of girls. Learn to dance rather than build muscles.
