Let's say you're at the stage of introspection, you are now willing to change.
You know that you have to:
>start eating properly
>stop being reliant of entertainment like social media, netflix, video games, etc.
>build boredom tolerance
>start reading books
>you know, all of the important shit.
But how exactly do you do that?
Do you just make a decision that from now on you're going to obey all of the listed rules and principles and just wait until you start relapsing less and less until you no longer relapse OR do you start with one thing (e.g. lifting) and then gradually introduce the rest of the habits until you become perfect?
Maybe none of those things work, idk bro. Please explain to me, what is the strategy to rewiring your brain into being perfect.
