I'm not sure I took much away from his audiobook, but I enjoyed it. I find something particularly pathetic (in a reddit way) about people who nitpick his advice and story. Couldn't finish his book. His approach to running is so wrong. And it seemed like he was making himself fail, and then heroically building his life back up over and over again. So inspirational/motivational - maybe. But don't do what he says he did in the book, that's an awesome way to get badly hurt. And again, I admit I couldn't finish the book.
