Use mixed for deads, overhand for everything else, and train your fucking grip

I do train my grip, and to the surprise of absolutely no one with more than a year of lifting experience, it progresses slower than the heaviest lift you do. Not going to shave off a ton of weight from my deadlifts to satisfy some random online dyel's idea of manhood. I'll say it again, bottlenecking your deadlifts with grip is fucking retarded.

I bought straps last week and it has been very awesome to train with. Long farmers walks with 30lb kettlebells or plates and high volume dumbbell rows
