I do full body 5x a week. It's quite literally the most perfect program. It's just that people are literally too low IQ to understand it. They think that full body means training every single body part every time and doing like 3 exercises per workout per body part. But its understandable since nobody here has any programming experience, nobody makes their own splits and nobody has lifted for more than 3 years.
I actually do less volume per body part per week than 6x PPLFAGS. I would say that 2-3x per week full body is the most "optimal" when you dont want to be a gymcel but for now for my schedule I rather train a bit less per day but go more often. If I had a life I would definitely go just 2-3x a week.

go in the morning to do your heavy shit like focus on two compounds for example chest and shoulders, then so all small muscles after work, spam forearms Biceps etc
then do back and legs on the next day in the morning and do small muscles after again
this way you hit quads, lats, hams, glutes, chest and ahoulders 3x a week and abs, forearm, side delts, calves, etc 5x a week and you'll recover perfectly fine if you adjust volume to whatever you can take

I think I had more fun doing Full Body 3 days a week than PPL or PHUL. I think I might go back, but I don't know of any good 4-day Full Body programs.
