      I doubt anyone here works out enough to not do it everydsy no problem.
      I as a natty, had it quite good with 6x/week split. I think i quit lifting this often because of work and i was not able to get good sleep in my day.
      Otherwise theres enough hours in a day to work out and rest everyday

    I think I had more fun doing Full Body 3 days a week than PPL or PHUL. I think I might go back, but I don't know of any good 4-day Full Body programs.

      I usually do week3 legs, 4- back/biceps, 5 chest/triceps, 6 - shoulders.

      -2 day rest

      -week long rest
      And then start all over.
      Every 7 weeks your strength will skyrocket.

          Nah. Frequency is pretty much bullshit when volumes are equated. The difference between 1-2 is negligible and 3 only really works in early years or for women.

    Well if you're training with proper intensity, you will actually start losing muscle. If you train with no intensity, barely anything will happen.

    if you do 10 sets of squats in a week with 2 sets per day you'll literally grow less legs with more fatigue than doing 12 sets on Monday
    you will get way stronger though because frequency is king for lifting big weights

    I do full body 5x a week. It's quite literally the most perfect program. It's just that people are literally too low IQ to understand it. They think that full body means training every single body part every time and doing like 3 exercises per workout per body part. But its understandable since nobody here has any programming experience, nobody makes their own splits and nobody has lifted for more than 3 years.

    I actually do less volume per body part per week than 6x PPLFAGS. I would say that 2-3x per week full body is the most "optimal" when you dont want to be a gymcel but for now for my schedule I rather train a bit less per day but go more often. If I had a life I would definitely go just 2-3x a week.

    optimal training split is hitting all big muscles that need longer recovery 2-3x a week and all small muscles daily
    that's the only true science
    so train 5x a week 2x a day
    go in the morning to do your heavy shit like focus on two compounds for example chest and shoulders, then so all small muscles after work, spam forearms Biceps etc
    then do back and legs on the next day in the morning and do small muscles after again
    this way you hit quads, lats, hams, glutes, chest and ahoulders 3x a week and abs, forearm, side delts, calves, etc 5x a week and you'll recover perfectly fine if you adjust volume to whatever you can take
