I try to focus alot on mine and its really gay because nobody else really cares too much about training them. Its always like the fags do with core "compound movements like squatting should be all you need for core exercises" ack
Anyways. I tore my TFCC years ago and got surgery. Andrews institute said I can return to 100% and beyond as seen with athletes.
On my forearm days(2x a week)
Overhand wrist curls, 15-20 reps, 2-3 sets. Start with low weight dont fuck yourself up. Underhand wrist curls same reps and sets.
Supinate pronate with dumbbell(where you hold at 90* angle and twist left to right with db in hand)
Farmers walks. I do 25lb-35lb dbs and carry around my gym. Do I look like a fag retard? Sure but nobody else is doing it and they wont have monster forearms like me.
Plate pinch- same as farmers walk but with plates and you use your fingers to pinch the plate(crazy right) builds grip strength.
Last but not least is the hand gripper. Go buy one at academy thats adjustable. These are obnoxious because its hard to get a pump but do at your discretion. Look up vids for it and use good judgement. Dont overwork your wrist.
BONUS: Reverse curls. Dont wrap your thumb around the bar, this activates more shit alledgely. This will work that fat muscle at the top of your forearm.
Again, dont overwork these muscles. There are tons of diff muscles in your forearm and wrist and some are quite small.
Forgot to mention, for the curls, kneel next to a bench, hand hands off the edge for underhand curls. For overhand, grab an extra db, put it on its side like an hourglass and rest your arm on top of it. This makes it more mechanically correct to do the overhand wrist curl.
