>Go on a bike ride >ass sore the next day
How do I get over this? I want to ride multiple days in a row but my ass physically hurts the next day. does it get better eventually?
cant say too much for mountain biking. they do make mountain bike shorts that look less gay cuz they have baggy overshorts. maybe get out of your seat more if youre going over technical shit so rocks are jamming your taint 20 times a second. pearl izumi usually has sales every 2 months or so and theyre stuff is about the best bang for buck you are gonna get (usa anyway)
how long are you riding? have you considered those bike shorts? they are gay af but the benefits are unquestionable.
suggests and/or gel seat cover. Wear something over the lycra shorts. ~2hrs total is my commute to work and back, and the comfort is definitely worth it for rides that length or more

Maybe 2 hours of total ride time. I mostly take my mountain bike out on trails, not a road biker.

Those (pic rel) are good for warm weather, when you'd be happy wearing shorts; not so good in cold weather, though.
you can really fuck up your pudendal nerve biking, you should try to see if you can modify the seat to reduce the pain
its not nerve damage, its physical muscle soreness. i can tell the difference.
it doesn't take much, pudendal neuralgia is a classic cyclist injury
You would actually not be able to tell the difference, since the nerves affected are distal nerves, there won't be pins and needles.
Do like

You'll get over it you pussy. Just go for a short ride every day and you'll get used to it.
Just do it more often, it goes away. Don't bother with a gel saddle or any other cope.
For me, it's chronic masturbation 12+ sessions a day
Same, but I prefer mtb and trail cycling, idk, cycling on a smooth road is boring and makes me sleepy.
I just don't want to get hit by texting Shaniquas and drunk Joses.
based. It was cycling that helped me get rid of that last stuborn belly fat. If you eat good and work hard you can see progress very fast.
Is this SwoleShack?
I wish my cuntry had elevation like that
Me too, I hate bicycles though.
