IST have any of you ever overcome severe mobility issues? I've been starting to lift heavier and heavier, but I've become really aware of how fucking tight and short all my muscles are. I've had do to a lot of modifications and cheats just to keep my form good because I have pretty much no mobility.
To be honest I do plan on seeing a PT as a recommendation from my doc, but do you guys have any stretching routines that really helped or just general tips? Figured I might do that yoga with Ariene
Also yes I made this thread the other night but I fell asleep. Worst flexibility for me is just everything from my hips downward. Hamstrings are hella tight
Literally just stretch.
Yeah but how
>Move the muscle slowly in the direction it doesn't want to go but should be able to go.
>Repeat daily.
>Go a bit further every day.
Just Google "stretches for *the sore muscle I'm interested in stretching"
Don't do this makes mustard gas
He's built like a brick shit house
I feel like that's never helped me to just blindly stretched things. Especially because everyone seems to have an opinion on hamstrings
if you can't figure this out with a google/youtube search you really should give up and consider kys
retard
Bit rude don't you think fag? I've been stretching for a while but what I do doesn't seem effective
what's his shirt IST?
A t-shirt
Tom Merrick is pretty good for flexibility
Sam Hyde is pretty good looking ngl.
If only he took care of himself lol
what could he do to not become like that?
isn't it just aging
that is not sam hyde
I don't bet on Sam keeping off the weight but you never know. He's an obsessive guy who probably spent a lot of willpower to get down this time, but his desire to eat ain't going away.
He's too powerful
smoking that pipe upside down in case it rains in his house

Any Western youtube physical therapy "stretching routine" is dumb shit trying to reinvent the wheel. Yoga perfected the stretching/mobility routine centuries ago. Buy this book and you'll be stretching muscles you didn't even know you had.
