      Probably doing it wrongand keeping your torso rigid through the movement. It's an ab exercise. You should go through full extension and flexion of the abs.

    First time I used this was the worst case of lower ab DOMS I ever had. I don't think the muscles had ever been used before. It took like 2 weeks to stop being sore. Hurt so good.

      keep your back concave throughout the movement
      You should start it with your back rolled in like those roly poly bugs
      If you start the move at the position of OP's pic you will hurt ur lower back gotta tuck in

    Alright guys, get me up to speed on the ab wheel.
    I have the core strength of toddler, and I recently lost 60lbs and even though I looked like a fuckin’ skeleton (could see my ribs) my stomach was just a low valley/ contour.
    I have literally no stomach muscles.
    I’m looking for ways to build my ab meat while I’m on a bulk.

    (I know that abs are almost entirely diet. I straight up don’t have core muscles)

      It's a start. I do 4x12-15. Maintaining correct form is key; it took me months to get it right.
