absolute brainlet takes. Look at the fat loss in his lower stomach/hip area, way less muffin top. His midsection overall has gone from flabby looking to relatively tight, you can clearly see the muscle difference in areas like the obliques. Not to mention his arms and shoulders are leagues above what they were in before pic.
This chad has put in the work and really improved himself
I lost most of the weight through diet and light cardio(funny enough, playing Beat Saber really helped). Getting COVID and everything tasting like shit afterwards really helped.
Left > 4 months ago already on creatine > 55kg > 169 cm

Because you used "heckin". I used to have a friend that said that a lot and I have very mixed feelings about her now. I still like her, but at the same time I'm very bitter.
You're probably not her, but, just in case.
Well, to be fair I wasn't lifting for like 3 of it due to COVID gym closures, and one of those years I wasted (aesthetically) doing Powerlifting. I feel like this last year of my life I've only just now started doing the right routine for me.
>Five years >Don't look worse
You are ahead of the curve bro, don't knock yourself. Your arms and core are both bigger with very little increase in fat. Stay winning maintenance Chad.
alright
I think I'll have to live with quite a bit of loose skin on my legs and butt, both of them are quite large whereas the rest of my body is fairly slim
would be amazing to be a woman with these genetics, man. my sisters are the same as me in that respect and you can tell theyve been blessed by the fat gods, lol
I originally wanted to get down to 165-170 range but holy fuck is it hard to lose that last bit of belly fat. I'd have to eat like maximum 1700-1800 calories a day lol, so for now I think I want to focus on building muscle while maintaining at this 175-180 range and then once I get closer to my "one year anniversary" cut down to that weight so I look lean for my 1 year picture.
pretty similar to me. Except I'm around 175 and want to get to 160
Not really worried about it until I hit my 1 year mark. I just want to build muscle for a year then do a little bit of cutting

I could say the same, why would I be pleasant to someone who has already displayed such rancid behavior to others before I even interacted with them? You don't fit your own criteria of people who deserve to be treated well. So I feel no remorse treating you like shit, because that is what you had displayed yourself as worth treating before I even began.
I was skinny when I was 14, weight didn't have anything to do with my depression. It was more to do with being trapped in a bad situation, luckily now I don't have to deal with that anymore. My life now besides health issues is very easy and I am grateful for that
if this motivates you to keep going thats fine, but its somewhat unusual to post changes in such small time windows in here
keep going anon, you can do it!

8 years (on and off) foundation, basically did a bunch of microcuts cause my diet has been inconsistent
Not natty, so yeah I'm cheating, but also not blasting grams of shit either.
Lifts are 195/325/365/485
I've been doing a PPlLegs for a while but my legs do get cheated a bit, I worked a package delivery job this summer which stole some gains, and I'd much rather use my limited lower back fatigue to deadlift and do silly lifts
Respect the transparency. Good work king.
I don't wanna be guilty of discouraging anyone by making false promises of the progress they could be making
That said, I know there are hundreds of guys on this board that are jealous of opportunity to run gear, so I'd feel ashamed to let myself get outworked by a bunch of natties.
Just trying to live up to my chemically enhanced potential (and if I'm not feel free to kill me and drink my blood and add my life force and power to your own)
No idea about bodyfat, but cheap scales give you a number that you can use for reference. It is almost worthless but it stays constant and does change with your body fat.
Yep, I've been trying to settle on a good routine but right now I'm going 3x a week doing full body. Honestly I'm kind of retarded so I've found that easier than doing a specific split.
I always do legs chest and arms (squat, bench, curl respectively) at a bare minimum and then I'm trying to do more targeted lifts for things like lats (rows) and obliques (rotations). I'll happily take any good advice honestly.
[...]
Thanks anon
Keep at it bro
I'm doing my best. Been inconsistent sometimes with personal stuff but I'll be damned if I don't ever see what I could look like with shredded body
>right now I'm going 3x a week doing full body. Honestly I'm kind of retarded so I've found that easier than doing a specific split.
I mean, any activity is better than no activity. I say stick to it until you get bored or realize what problems it is causing. Like uneven development or no development.
Off the top of my head I say that bench and squat the same day is kinda brutal. And then you neglect your back.
I personally do an x3 upper/lower body split. Chest back and arms x2. And legs and abs x1. It's simple and you can get a decent balanced upper body and you don't neglect your legs.
Took me a while to figure out nutrition, but hit the bottom of my cut in July and have just been running maintenance/recomping a bit since. Been getting used to eating normally and lifting heavier again. Going to try to lean bulk a bit at 3k cal and if I don't see results I'll push it up. Definitely have to regain some mass in legs though. I just don't wanna have to cut again for a while lmao
Lots of good progress in this thread, keep it up y'all!
About 9 months of training with a shit diet, but I feel a lot stronger and e better with myself, used to be a 100kg fat fuck, but now im about 85 on right, and trying to start my first cut
This is my progress.
It wasn't fast by any means, its over the course of about 9 years.
Started with the usual SS and try to get strong.
Had a few periods obsessed with strength and getting fat. Had a few periods obsessed with being as lean as possible and lost previous strength.
Now I just kind of try to maintain my current weight and level of strength and work at progressing in other physical hobbies/sports.
5'10.
Before pic- about 205lbs.
Currently sitting between 180-185lbs.
From my own experience I would say
-Don't expect 100% of yourself all the time when it comes to training and diet. Or you will feel like a failure when you slip. If you just expect 80% from the start, you will find it easier to stick to if you have an off day. At first I tried to be 100% strict with diet, so when I had a bad day and binged on shit, it often turned into more days of shit.
-Make sure you enjoy your workouts. Don't be afraid to add more fun things into them. Calisthenics exercises are a fantastic addition to a lifting routine and add fun and variety.
-Do cardio, ideally in a form you enjoy. Yes it can make gaining weight harder if you struggle to eat, but the benefits to all areas of your life are immeasurable, and these benefits will have a positive knock-on effect on your motivation to lift hard and heavy.
-don't listen to ANY advice on SwoleShack... But really, don't listen to anyone who claims a "black-and-white" 100% truth about anything related to diet or training.
Nah, just completely let myself go for nearly 2 years. Gained 20kg. Already dropped 11kg and got most of my strength and gains back, now I just gotta grind those extra kilos.
>Blame everyone but yourself
You did this to yourself, unless she strapped you down to a bed and force-fed you for a year you fat fuck.
Calm down autist don’t take everything so literally
I just got complacent really, I got lazy and stopped working out, and didn’t pay attention to what I was eating. Turns out eating just 200 calories above maintenance for 2 years, you can easily gain that weight. And I didn’t truly accept how bad things really were, there was lots of denial, I kept telling myself I just got a “little chubby” and I’ll get back in shape any day now. Fast forward 2 years and this is what you get. It only really hit me when I saw recent photos of myself and I couldn’t possibly understand how that’s me.
I guess its a good thing to keep making a photo every now and then, even if youre not actively working out, and comparing it to a couple of other photos 1 month prior, 6 months prior, 1 year prior etc

One of the things I started doing since getting back on track, is weighing myself every single morning and logging it. Been doing it for 4 months now and it’s just part of my morning routine like brushing teeth. I think that really helps with staying accountable, and I plan on doing it even after I reach the goal weight.
He lost his bite. The hungry wolf at the bottom of the hill is going to try harder than the well-fed wolf on top. And that well-fed wolf sure doesn't look hungry.
Abundance mentality for online dating, even at 5'10". Enough dates to actually improve, which I need for some aspects like not cracking jokes all the fucking time.
Just warms the cockles of my heart to see how good everyone is going. You all look transformed and you're all based ASF and hate the antichrist. You might even say I'm proud.
In the beginning I did an 8m ab routine almost every day, about 10-20 reps each with a moderate pace
Basic crunch
Twist up
Push through
Left oblique crunch
Right oblique crunch
twist up
Leg raise
Knee tuck
900 ankle touch
Left crossover crunch
Right ". "
Kick up
Scissors
Head raise
Right crossover twist
Left ". "
Head leg crunch
Alt shoulder lift
1800 ankle touch
Alt knee tuck
Alt push through
Added ankle weight and started using dumbbells/plates for hypertrophy
Started doing hanging knee raises/ leg raises with ab slingers, did the same thing with ankle weight
Then I started doing bench leg lifts ( this is where it got out of hand)
So I started supersetting them
Now I do a heavy ab day with as much ankle weight as I can handle 30-40 reps 3-4 supersets of each once a week, a slower 15 minute self timed version of the original ab routine I used to do with 12.5-15.5lbs of ankle weight on my big leg day. Sunday I'll drop the weight on the supersets and do both. Takes about 45 minutes and I get to train on my off day
Some anons on here have wider hips
very nice
For whatever reason, I get more joy seeing animals succeed with weight loss than I ever could when humans do.

nah it just feels like a reminder that ur gf wont stop going to mcdonalds for breakfast and it's only been a year since she was thin
Sorta. I can tell a real difference when my gf gains 10 lbs. She's a lot more cuddle-able and I like how her ass jiggles. Still prefer skinny though.

Good work man. That's impressive weight loss.

Unfortunately my hair is thinning, likely due to stress. I’ll probably end up shaving my hair if the situation doesn’t get better 🙁
And thanks, guys.

interesting how you moved your moles to totally different places kek
Have you considered that the image on the right is mirrored? Or that people get more moles as they age if they go outside.
how much time?
About 2 years.

I guess it's getting somewhere, been going like 6 times a week. Lost like 9kg and gained a bunch of strength. What do you guys think, dyel?
is that 1 year progress?
Very bad tbh, but any progress no matter how small is better than nothing.
Are you pushing yourself at the gym? Or you just fuck around with easy to move weight? Do you care for your nutrition?
Ignore my comment, webm only played halfway.

God I wish I took better before pictures when I was obese, oh well lol. Lost about 65-70 lbs since January this year.
Nice. What's your weight loss goal? Do you intend on trying to get an aesthetic physique later on?

No, you and I’d feel sorry for the bastard. Never post again unless you’ve lost actual weight
oh no I'm so scared, what are you going to do if I post body again? tie me up in your basement and choke me to death with a bike lock?
Is that what you're into fatty?
no but it appears what you're into is seething over a woman posting her body on the internet which doesn't impact you at all. weirdo
i see it, it impacts me. and i'm more into being ridden cowgirl style.

puke
She tried, unfortunately just like her fitness it didn't succeed
lol still mad from that thread yesterday huh
I went to the gym today, what did you do? Jack off and cry about how nobody loves you?
I didn't even post in that thread, you seem to harbor more residual anger that you're projecting onto everyone else 🙂

Just warms the cockles of my heart to see how good everyone is going. You all look transformed and you're all based ASF and hate the antichrist. You might even say I'm proud.
slow progress
give me gear
Still a long way to go but I'm happy to escape skelly mode. From 46kg to 64kg
18 to 20 years old, the plan is to bulk at least to 70kg and then do a mini cut or something idk, I hate still feeling skinny but having no abs
Current 183 with chest pump
mirin'
you could cut class with those nips, looking good though
your nipples look like I could wrap my tongue around them
God tier, do you do any extra work for your core?
In the beginning I did an 8m ab routine almost every day, about 10-20 reps each with a moderate pace
Basic crunch
Twist up
Push through
Left oblique crunch
Right oblique crunch
twist up
Leg raise
Knee tuck
900 ankle touch
Left crossover crunch
Right ". "
Kick up
Scissors
Head raise
Right crossover twist
Left ". "
Head leg crunch
Alt shoulder lift
1800 ankle touch
Alt knee tuck
Alt push through
Added ankle weight and started using dumbbells/plates for hypertrophy
Started doing hanging knee raises/ leg raises with ab slingers, did the same thing with ankle weight
Then I started doing bench leg lifts ( this is where it got out of hand)
So I started supersetting them
Now I do a heavy ab day with as much ankle weight as I can handle 30-40 reps 3-4 supersets of each once a week, a slower 15 minute self timed version of the original ab routine I used to do with 12.5-15.5lbs of ankle weight on my big leg day. Sunday I'll drop the weight on the supersets and do both. Takes about 45 minutes and I get to train on my off day
90 degree0
180 degree0
Thanks anon, sounds like a fuck ton of work just for the abs, I'll try incorporating it in my routine
He put in the work no doubt.
He also roided.
