Basically anything if you are creative enough, you can even elevate your ass a little to make your leg muscles hoover you over the chair you were sitting on.
If you are talking about activities you can pay for to be supervised by a professioanl and have people around you you can join any sports club, from ball/team sports to weird shit like Kayaking, bouldering, paintball, fishing, surfing, trekking, etc
I really like bouldering, it's great and practical. Obscure ethnic games are amazing. Shit like hurling, lead putting, caber tossing, just anything Gaelic basically. Except golf, fuck golf. Stupida fucking game.
