i am thin but with a shit metabolism so very dependant on what i eat and i want to feel more confident in myself. The issue i have is that when i loose weight or become more fit, i loose my tits too. also i have a wide ribcage so i doubt ill ever look like this image. my concern is that if i work my abs as i want to, my stomach will become tighter of course but also bigger and i worry that will affect my self esteem even more. right now i feel the most confident when i am underweight. this is however not only extremely unleathy but not sustainable. If you guys have any tips/ workout suggestions, i would seriously appreciate it!

Add in some back work (cable rows, pulldowns) and some ab shit. Figure out your TDEE and eat 200 kcal more than that. Adjust as needed if you're not seeing results (down if you get fat, up if you get no strength/muscle gains).

Not fat > big tits, and having big tits doesn't count when they come from being fat anyway. Abs won't give you a big belly and having muscles generally helps with metabolism so don't worry about that. Don't worry about tits since there's not much you can do about that unless works, though I haven't read it so not sure what to think about it
Seconded all of this. Take body measurements to track your progress, if you're not progressing as fast as you'd like add/subtract calories accordingly.

You have no muscle. Start doing weight training first and change your diet to include more whole foods and protein. Do not cut. After three months reevaluate. Don't worry about your stomach or ribcage, see what you look like with some muscle on you first, that'll give you an indication of what to do next.
