Omeprazole will fuck your entire life up. Don't take that shit. I had brain fog and fainting episodes while on that shit.
I took it for like 2 months and nothing so dr just upped me to 40mg while I wait to see stool results, I havnt had any brain fog tho?

all the things I see people crying about from omeprazole seem to be symptoms of magnesium deficiency which PPIs are shown to reduce your magnesium absorption

B12 only works through intramuscular injections. The tablets don't absorb the right way.

Learn the different ways of cutting onions and how it changes the flavor. Use them accordingly. Onions are flavor bombs if you know how to use them. Yes, i mean actual red, white, yellow, vidalia, spanish etc onions.
Also gte on shiratake noodles. Insanely low calorie and filling. Also green cabbage is a miracle food for filling up and not tasting bad. People use too much lettuce. Green cabbage can be subbed for lettuce and it just tastes better and more meaty.

I had coffee every day in college then quit cold turkey, you'll have a headache for a couple days then you'll feel normal
I’m 23 been drinking daily since 13 or so. Quit cold turkey last week from 4 cups a day to zero caffeine and it sucks on day 2-3 but gets better
it sucks at first but then your body adapts to it
drop the coffee, you don't need it. It's not as good for supressing appetite but you can try water just to feel full, eat a lot of low cal vegetables for volume too. Also rauloscine if you can get it in your country.
eat less, eat high protein, half a tub of greek yogurt is 250 calories and it's filling af, forcefeeding yourself protein is the real diet pill, it's a brick in your stomach. sip on cocoa with a little cinnamon when you have no more calories until bed, hunger goes away.
eat more food, but way less fat and protein, more simple sugars and carbs.
