    >lower the intensity (either lower weight, lower volume, or both) on the main lifts
    >skip accessory work if feeling really bad
    >see how I feel the next day and determine whether it was a one-off thing (which happens) or if it's the beginning of a forced deload (happens, but is rarer)

    Learn to regulate your program and your recovery. This should only happen randomly for like one day because that's just how things are. If it persists, really take a look at your program and whether you're able to properly recover in order to keep it up.

    Unironically went home, fapped, ate some chocolate spreadable cream on bread, and took a 2hours nap. I don't give a flying fuck man, if I won't do it today I won't fucking do it. All that stay hard do the thing stay disciplined bullshit is a huge massive smelly ass COPE.

    If it's a gym day, I'm going to the gym and lifting as much as I can.

    If I cant do the full reps, I take a small break and then do the rest of them in that set. Makes it feel like I still did the work.
    I dont increase weight next time though.

    COFFEE COFFEE COFFEE
    straight up, i overslept today and slept 13 hours, and woke up feeling like absolutely shit, already thinking i won't lift. then i remembered landshark and drank 3 cups of coffee (with loads of milk and sugar) and instantly had a sick workout with a sick pump. then i cooked bolognese for 8 hours and thats a wrap.
