Salmonella is caused by the exterior egg shell. Either using good egg cracking technique or washing the egg with soap and water are solutions.
Highly doubt it. People should be much more intelligent and healthier by now if cooked food was better. Seems like most things get cooked to even be edible.
>Highly doubt it
its fact that when humans learned to control fire and started cooking food was when cranial capacity really increased. It's less settled as to how much of a connection there is between those two things.
yes, this is correct. Cooking helps break down the structure of meat and the proteins themselves, making them much, much, more bioavailable. Also true generally of vegetables

Wow, thanks for the uneducated opinion, but you're very wrong. cooking plant matter (vegetables, grains, starches, etc) breaks down their structure and makes nutrients and vitamins in them far more available provided you don't overcook them. see
what raw-food-eaters don't seem to understand, amazingly, is that uncooked food has much lower bioavailability/digestibility, and that is particularly true of protein. You simply won't absorb nearly as much of the protein that you would if you simply cooked it. Plus raw egg whites causes biotin deficiency
; protein in meat is far less bioavailable when consumed raw, and we don't have a digestive tract evolved for the lengthier process of breaking it down. Obligate carnivores like big cats have much larger and longer digestive tracts for this reason... we have done the last long leg of our evolution in the age of cooked meat and food, and it helps support the large metabolic requirements of big brains
>Obligate carnivores like big cats have much larger and longer digestive tracts for this reason...
No they don't. Humans and cats/dogs have very similar digestive tracts. A cats stomach ranges in pH from 1-2, a dog's from 1.5-2, and a human's from 1.5-2, same as a dog
Eggs are good. Do not listen to the Salmonella club - I have been drinking eggs for more than two years and not a single instance of this mystery problem.

never heard of this. I've been eating raw eggs for the past 3 months to see if it's any different from cooking and I still have amazing hair and my nails still grow annoyingly fast
I'm not calling you a liar, I'd just like to know where you got this information because it's interesting
cholesteral no matter if its hdl or ldl will kill you if in too high quantities, and especially if your deciding you bulk on a calroie surplus it'll all go to your arteries and become plaque. By doing this you'll experience permanent ED before 30 and even have a heart attack before 40 if its really bad. AND PLAQUE IS IRREVERSABLE, so don't drink fucking eggs to bulk just make protein and carbs while main gaining. you don't want to die 20 years younger cause of a meme
You probably dont need to but I like putting an egg or two in my protein shakes
Yeahh I also add 2-3 eggs to boost my whey protein shake along with whole milk honey and nutmeg for flavor
raw?
Could you imagine someone adding an omelette to their shake? Lol

Salmonella lives in the intestines of healthy humans and animals
great nutrient profile but just not heavy enough, unless you're going gaston-mode

humans developed bigger brains after they started cooking their food

Yea people are much less healthy now than pre cooking
I'm detecting either sarcasm or fantastic stupidity

*after they started eating meat. Destroying your food doesn't make it more bioavailable
Wrong, they were always eating meat. Cooking is the key
Eggs are good. Do not listen to the Salmonella club - I have been drinking eggs for more than two years and not a single instance of this mystery problem.
The whites need to be cooked for the protein to be usable but cooking destroys all the nutritional value of the yolk
Poached
just drink whole milk
or fry your eggs sunny side up to nutrientmaxx
mix:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 scoop whey
a bit of vanilla extract for flavor
i drink this every day. its quite disgusting.
It inhibits b vitamin absorption to the point if you do it daily you could develop a deficiency, eventually

I put 4-6 eggs in a blender with a banana, whole milk, flaxseed every morning. + butter and MCT oil in my coffee this is a A+ first meal imo.
>good or retarded
Both. Fuck you.
Why not just cook them? It's not like all the health benefits and protein disappears the moment they go above room temperature.
Retarded. There are countless ways to cook eggs and make them delicious instead of just having them in the most disgusting way possible.
been drinking 6 eggs a day and feeling great, strong, gainful

nah man that's broscience and probably gives you typhoid.
