        Aromatase turns testosterone into estrogen, not necessarily a bad thing. When you're fat your body produces a lot more aromatase, which is bad because man titties and fat around the hips/thighs.

        Cruciferous plants are natural aromatase inhibitors, including cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts etc. Aspirin is also an aromatase inhibitor. You won't need this shit unless your obese and know for sure your E to T ratio is bad.

    a more potent alternative is capsicun and spinach/kale
    broccoli is high raffinose so if you have IBS or are doing a heavy bulk it can cause upset stomach/bloat/gas

    it is important to always have a source of vitamin C with your meat as it increases the amount of iron you can absorb

    The problem with the US and everyone being a fat fuck is that the US has no fucking clue how to make vegetables taste good. In the Med you have Greek style salads, Germany has Sauerkraut, Korea and Asia has Kimchi, but the US has fucking nothing except boiled, seasonless vegetables. It’s fucking gross, even while being relatively fit and taking care of my health, the idea of just US style boiled broccoli is so shit.
