No significant differences were observed for 51Cr-EDTA clearance throughout the trial (Creatine: Pre 101.42±13.11, Post 108.78±14.41 mL/min/1.73m2; Placebo: Pre 103.29±17.64, Post 106.68±16.05 mL/min/1.73m2; group x time interaction: F=0.21, p=0.64). Creatinine clearance, serum and urinary urea, electrolytes, proteinuria, and albuminuria remained virtually unchanged.
Gibes you strenght and recovery gains
And no it doesn't make you bald, that comes from fake nattys claiming they only use creatine when in fact they squirt and entire pharmacy into their arms every week
It’s a meme. It’s found naturally in your muscle cells. You produce it naturally and also from diet. Waste of money to buy. People buy it in an attempt to compensate for sub par, shitty diet.
To be fair only like, a ton of steak will give you enough creatine to even remotely compete with what supplementing it does.
Most people don't eat that much steak
Do you acquire protein through your diet (just like creatine)? Does your body naturally produce protein?
Yes to both. But the OBVIOUS difference here is you need protein for survival and development. You don’t HAVE to be creatine. You HAVE to buy things high in protein, even if you’re not trying to intentionally build muscle, to maintain your body’s systems. Yes, your body produces it but it’s required a way higher rate than creatine is. People just buy creatine because they think it will help them reach their goals faster, not because it’s necessary for survival as a human.

what point are you trying to make? that you will literally die unless you take 1g protein/lb a day?

It’s not rocket science, guy. If you go full vegan, you’re not getting as much protein as you would eating meat. Not an adequate amount at all. Unless you supplement with more plant based protein or products, even then there’s still deficits. Therefore, your muscles will waste away and won’t be maintained as well as they would with the proper diet. Did I say you’d die? Ignoring the fact that protein is vital to being in good health is ignorant though.

But I will answer you. If you do not take in any protein, your body cannot produce enough to survive for longer than give or take 70 days. Inadequate protein absorption leads to myriad of health discrepancies as well. So yes, in a world where no one takes in any protein, and the only protein in your body is what your body produces, yes. You will die. It is a one of the main macronutrients required for your body to function.
It should smell like sweaty underwear after you do a long cardio session. It’s really gross honestly so most people will mix it with protein powder or something to cover up the smell/taste.
>stop creatine >lifts stall for some time >progress continues eventually
if it was still like 12 bucks for ops pic i would understand but it's 50 bucks now fuck that
snake oil like most supplements.
the benefits are met with the bare minimal dosages. after that severe diminishing returns and a lot of negative health problems with chronic usage.
Yes, you will have more strength and resistance allowing you to do more reps and sets. It will also turbocharge your male pattern baldness.
Also you'll pee out your kidneys and possibly liver

So like protein.

If I stop taking it for a week my lifts go to shit and my workouts and recovery suck.
Got myself my first creatine smells weird
Should it be odourless?
It should smell like sweaty underwear after you do a long cardio session. It’s really gross honestly so most people will mix it with protein powder or something to cover up the smell/taste.
Idk it smells a little like paint I guess when i open the container? It then faints withing like 5 seconds fr fr
Only supplement that actually works.
Im pretty sure creatine along with protien powder and steriods are the only things that actually work
