no and its my biggest mistake. im literally unable to do a squat or deadlift because my legs are so stiff. i mean literally i cannot bend over and comfortably pick up the bar from ground, im actually THAT stiff.
it's crazy how none of the workout plans i have scooped online from these "fitness youtubers" have even a single mention about stretching. i have just basically tried to get into the position and stretch like that now for the last 3 days but i wouldn't mind having a proper routine to cover all the basics.
I have to stretch my chest/shoulders out with a broomstick otherwise I'll flair up an old shoulder injury. Same with stretching my hips/legs. If I don't I will be to tight and pull shit.
agile 8 is good starter but over time you'll figure out what mobility warm-up routine works best for you.
