just do 1000 bw calf raises twice a week. less than 20 minutes of work
Ive done upwards of 100 bw calf raises and they were not effective and 100 is pretty easy and most beginner will be able to achieve either immedietly or within a month. If you want to, you stand on something to create a decline for your heal and do 1 ankle at a time but youd be better off doing plyo weights
1. Cut Squats out of your routine
2. Do a Quad-Dominant exercise like a Leg Press
3. Do a Hamstring Isolation like a Lying Leg Curl
4. Do a Calf muscle isolation exercise (Standing and Seated Calf Raises)
5. Maybe throw in some Hack-Squats on the machine
This is how you grow, none of that "MUH SQUATS AND DEADLIFTS" crap that people spent the entire 2010s parroting because they read up on some retarded fat moronic strengthcel powershart theories
You don't even know the rest of the routine... just squats and calf raises with leg extension and ham curls is too much? I'm natty and I get a a decent Doms that is gone in 3 days for my next leg day. So basically, you're wrong.
Not anything more than stabilizing you. Squats don't grow the calves at all
Maybe for you, calves are genetic muscles
keep coping
why would a girl do this to herself
maybe shes ugly
Bro, u've got one severe gyno
Both Rippetoe and Mike Israetel say that Squats are enough for calves
i dont like either of them but they're probably right
Hmmm
This is correct

Do zercher calf raises.
just do 1000 bw calf raises twice a week. less than 20 minutes of work
wait, does this actually work?
works for me but none of my friends or coworkers lift so i havent had anyone else try it
Not him but for months I used to do 100 calf raises every day in the shower and it did nothing for me. Cycling grew my calves the most
for a couple months i was doing 300 a day and it had nothing on this
Here's an idea
How about
1. Cut Squats out of your routine
2. Do a Quad-Dominant exercise like a Leg Press
3. Do a Hamstring Isolation like a Lying Leg Curl
4. Do a Calf muscle isolation exercise (Standing and Seated Calf Raises)

Man just do 3 sets of 20 for squats.
I have massive legs and do 315 3x20
Imagine not lifting for the sole goal of lifting the heaviest amount of iron into the air
Here's a better idea
Post body
There is nothing wrong with throwing in a few sets of calves after squat day
You're going to overtrain
How? Calves is a fairly low effort and low recovery isolation to do.
Too muchbvolumer
You don't even know the rest of the routine... just squats and calf raises with leg extension and ham curls is too much? I'm natty and I get a a decent Doms that is gone in 3 days for my next leg day. So basically, you're wrong.
Oh my god, what the hell are you doing to your nervous system?
wreong reply
Most people will never overtrain
lol you cant overtrain your calves. you literally walk on them all day
